The site steals money. When you top up your account, they deduct funds—allegedly for VAT—and then, every time you use those same funds to pay for services, they charge VAT again... the bottom line is that 40% of the deposited amount vanishes: 20% goes to VAT, and 20% goes straight into the site's pocket. When I contacted customer support, they basically told me to get lost—saying if I didn't like it, I shouldn't use the service.
