I have shopped at reiker for all my footwear and have always had an amazing experience. Unfortunately for the first time on 23/12/25 I had a bad experience in your Barnstaple store where the younger girl was very rude to me and unhelpful and clearly didn’t want to be there. If I asked her a question she just looked at me as if to say I was wasting her time and looked miserable. The lady with the glasses and the gentleman are always very nice and helpful and the lady with the glasses was on shift too. It might be worth teaching staff manners it would improve customers experience, but I won’t be returning after years shopping with you

Great service, great shoes.
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes which arrived within 48 hours. Unfortunately 2 pairs did not fit so I returned them straight away for a refund which again arrived in a couple of days.
A great service - especially for someone like me who lives in rural Wales with little access to shoe shops.
