I love rides.rs!! Our first experience was perfect. Booking on the website, email confirmation, follow-up, and being in contact with our driver the day before our travel to arrange everything, was 5 stars. And it all went according to plan. Our driver's Tesla XL easily managed 1 large suitcase, 3 stuffed carry-ons and 3 backpacks - then the 3 of us. He was very professional and kind. We felt so at ease. I can't recommend this BEG to Novi Sad transfer more. You'll love it too! We'll be using their services every chance we get. Price and experience can't be beat!

Seamless experience! I booked last minute, the day before, for a late night airport pick-up for a friend. I was given the contact info of the driver, Mladjen, on the day so I could reach him directly. He was incredibly responsive and efficient, which was very reassuring as the pick-up was not for myself, and he ensured I had all the relevant info. Even with a delayed flight, Mladjen waited patiently and was there to greet him on arrival. There are a lot of companies offering rides from Belgrade-Novi Sad, this company are definitely the cheapest AND most efficient, could not fault experience.

It was very easy to book our transfer from BEG airport to Novi Sad, our driver was so kind and helpful and was waiting for us when we landed, the Tesla was perfect, and the rate was great. Will book with Rides.rs again in the future!
