Great!

I've been a customer for years. Never had a single problem and rates are always good. The one time I had an accident and needed to go through insurance was quick and easy with no problems.

Extremely dishonest company

Extremely dishonest company. They make up rules as they go along and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in 40 years of riding a motorcycle.

Questioned the amount for the policy …

Questioned the amount for the policy only to have the lady then give me a safety discount and endorsement discount . That should be a question asked from the start . Feel as if they were trying to put one over on me .

Helpful Roadside Assistance

I was very happy with the service I received when I needed roadside assistance last year. The person I spoke with was very helpful and assistance was provided in less than an hour.

Very unhappy to find my insurance rate …

Very unhappy to find my insurance rate was raised within one year! Just to say that the rate went from a 1 to a 2 area doesn't really settle with me. I'm probably going to begin getting quotes from other insurance companies due to this explanation.

If the overall risk profile changes in an area, it can cause the rate to go up if it is a negative change. It can however, cause the rate to go down if it is positive change. Straight forward experience

Straight forward experience, the employees are always helpful and versed on the particulars of the policy. All options for payment are available even for us anachronisms. Never have made a claim, so can't comment on that process.
