Brought 3 brooklyn xtc scooters from…

Brought 3 brooklyn xtc scooters from here for my 3 lads for Christmas charged up and from the word go i can't get them off them they are brilliant,fast enough and the range is better than i thought for thus time of year (being cold ) . The company itself was brilliant from when i ordered them to the delivery,as soon as they shipped i received a tracking number to keep an eye on them.All in all a great company to do buisness with and an amazing product i would highly recommend 👌👍

I've purchased a electric scooter from…

I've purchased a electric scooter from here only for the delivery driver to dump it in the garden with no text or email confirmation. No knock on the door or anything posted. So now I'm out of pocket for something that has not been delivered to me and to add someone stole this so I found out it had been dumped after asking when will my parcel be delivered after several days after the date that it was supposed to come between. Now it's several weeks later and there excuse is there are still awaiting information from the courriers and all communication through email no phone number to ring very bad service indeed.

I Ordered a scooter and it went out of…

I Ordered a scooter and it went out of stock as I put the order through, so I was quickly emailed and offered a refund or another scooter. Being so close to Christmas I had to choose another scooter as was too risky to wait for a refund. They've sent me a scooter that would of cost £100 more than the original ots even better brand and style and they paid out of there own pockets I didn't have to pay any extra due to the inconvenience. Very very happy customer and I will have a very happy son this Christmas . 5☆

Bought a scooter a few months ago and…

Bought a scooter a few months ago and it changed my life. I’ve got the smallest (Camden) as I need to carry it occasionally and take it into the office and the odd shop. Makes travelling short distances so much easier and you arrive refreshed.

Range is good and the weight isn't too much so I can carry it around shops or up a few flight or stairs.

Very happy with it.

Love my new Flow Brooklyn scooter.

Love my new Flow Brooklyn scooter.
It is reliable and fast. Compared to my previous scooter, a Segway Ninebot, it has a rear-wheel motor and brake, which I like much better because it feels safer as the weight is in the back, making it less likely to topple forward. Also, the fact that the brake is similar to a bike brake allows for faster, more reactive breaking when necessary.
I love the feel of the air tyres, and the suspension is fantastic, both giving excellent shock absorption on bumpy London streets. So much better than the hard wheels on my Ninebot! As if that weren’t enough, it’s also rainproof, so I can get around even if it’s raining (as it often is in London) without having any malfunctions, which I often did w my other one. It has become my main mode of transportation within the city. Altho I got an extra battery, I’ve found that one charge takes me twice as far as the Ninebot did. Still, it’s nice to be able to easily swap batteries if I run out of juice from riding around town all day. The footplate is also long enough, (and weight capacity allows) for my son to jump on w me if I need to shuttle him around to activities (always being extremely cautious and with a helmet, of course). I’m so so pleased with this scooter.

I would highly recommend Flow Electric Scooters! Excellent customer service, I wasn’t sure about which scooter to buy but they helped me to choose the right one for my needs. I can’t complain at all about my purchase, it’s been amazing experience so far!! Their quality is second to none!!

Faulty electric scooter

My 11 year son saved up to buy an electric scooter, when it arrived it had a flat tyre so we pumped it up like the instruction said and it kept going down after a day. When we pumped it up the 3rd time you could hear air coming out of the valve. We have sent many of picture to this company and they have still did nothing to help us. Really bad customer service would recommend staying clear of this company.

Bought 2 koenji in the summer from…

Bought 2 koenji in the summer from Skate Hut for my son and daughter to enjoy, on my son's first rides turned itself off whilst braking almost resulting in a serious accident, got a replacement and after a couple of days use was placed on charge and never to turn back on. After a while of trouble shooting and on the same day of writing an email my daughter had an accident as her front wheel started to violently shake and she fell off as the wheel came off. Furious I emailed Skate Hut demanding a return of these products which are clearly unfit for purpose and dangerous, I got an offer of an upgrade from flow which I did not accept and wanted a refund.
Eventually I managed a return and 6 weeks later an email which stated that the warranty was void due to the fact there where scratches in the cheap plastic base and there was grass yes GRASS on one and therefore they had been missused, no mention of the fact of the very poor batteries or the fact that my 9 and 10 year old children could of been severely injured due to the poor quality of these products.
Its now December and I have nothing to show for my purchace.
After writing this review I received an email from flow the next day who where disappointed to hear of my experience and immediately offered upgrades which I unfortunately declined as the children have lost confidence for now, they then contacted Skate Hut and instructed them to give me a full refund which I received for one scooter around 5 days later but took a lot more emails and around another month for the second.
When we first purchased these products the children where over the moon they looked the part and loved the extra lights around the base (good for visability and safety) we may of just been unlucky in our purchase.
I can't commend Flow enough for their support and customer service but Skate Hut still have a lot of work to do.
