I just wanted to send a quick note and let you know that our driver Abdul Waheed was

fantastic.

He was professional, on time and was a very careful driver.

He was a true professional and we appreciated this.

On the return trip there were road closures in Barcelona near our hotel and so

we decided to walk.

Abdul made sure to check our iPhone navigation to make certain we were heading

in the right direction.

I have never experienced this before.

The lady who was ourdriver arrived 10 mins early and we left Lorett De Mar for Girona Costa Brava Airport spot on time. Very comfortable clean vehicle and ride to the Airport and was there in 25 mins due to the roads being very quiet at 06:00 in a morning excellent service I will most definitely use Andy service again on my return to Spain and the Costa Brava.

Quality of car and driver

Driver met as agreed. Journey was very comfortable.

Booking portal was simple and worked well. That’s where the ‘good’ started and need I’m afraid.

Driver originally turned up 24 hrs early. I told him, he apologised and said he would return tomorrow.

Then a random person I didn’t know whatsapped me and said he’d come and collect me which made me feel very uncomfortable. I had no idea who this person was and as a woman travelling alone I was very concerned. I contacted Andy and asked for a refund as the whole thing made be really uncomfortable and I was requesting a cancellation not due to any issue of my making but if theirs. They refused to provide me a full refund - only 50%. Frankly I didn’t have the capacity for an argument about this. I finally agreed to accept this driver.

In the morning I asked him to track my flight to make sure he was on-time. My flight was due to land at 14:25. The flight was early, but fine - I’d asked him to be here at 15:00.

He arrived at close to 4pm - an hour late.
Until I called to ask where he was he did not tell me he would be late.

An awful experience from start to finish and I’ll never use this company again, I’m afraid. I’ll stick with Uber.

Our driver Abdelkrim was very friendly and helpful and even arrived slightly early to collect us. He made the journey very smooth and enjoyable.

Our first time in Barcelona. Making a reservation was easy and our driver was wonderful. He communicated via message when he was on the way. We were detained a few minutes at baggage claim and the driver was waiting for us at the pick up. I will use this service again!

My daughter and her boyfriends first holiday on their own and I was worried about the long transfer to the hotel from the airport. I am pleased I chose Ride Andy. A driver was assigned a couple of days before , I received his car details and his photograph. I received updates of when he had arrived at the airport etc. He picked them up safely ‘ meet and greet’ . Thanks Ride Andy

I would give it 6 stars if I could. Communication with customer support to change dates went really quick and well.
Driver arrived way ahead, was very nice and polite, fast transter and great service!

Our flight was delayed and our driver acknowledged our message and adjusted pick up time. He was a gentleman, very helpful and made our journey to the hotel comfortable. Highly recommend this company.
