Very flimsy and ineffective

Frame is very flimsy, card spaces are held together by tape and have no bottom section so cards tend to fall down out of place, would not recommend, for £50 you are better off attempting making your own.

I’m really sorry to hear you’ve had a frustrating experience setting up your raw card frame. I’ve reached out to you via email to help get this sorted out.

It sounds like the cards might be resting in front of the sleeves rather than inside them. The spaces behind the custom mount are actually Dragonshield card sleeves. If you slide the cards directly into the sleeves, they will be held securely in place with a bottom section, completely preventing them from falling out. We deliberately use this system for our raw card frames because it is reliable, reversible, safe for the cards, and completely invisible from the front. It is versatile for us to scale across the various custom layouts we offer.

We are currently working on adding an instructional guide to our website, and I apologize that this sleeve setup wasn't more intuitive right out of the box. Please check your email so I can walk you through it - I am confident that once the cards are slotted in, you'll be thrilled with the display, and hopefully we can turn this into a positive experience and welcome you back for future orders.

Could not be happier

Could not be happier. The frames are very high quality and it is clear from this and the packaging that Ridanco cares deeply that their customers receive a high quality product which arrives without shipping damage. The shipping was fast from the UK to USA and when I was confused about some import paperwork that UPS requested, Ridanco was quick to respond and took care of it right away. I cannot think of anything that would make my experience better.
