Do not trust this company

The Samsung laptop (TID 393957885) was guaranteed to be completely refurbished and I chose to pay extra for the higher quality. Artech was the supplier.
The laptop arrived in quick time but did not work. Getting a quick response was not easy so I took it to my local computer repair shop who confirmed the laptop had not been prepared for use. He provided a technical description of what was needed to get the laptop working and I sent this as evidence to the company asking for some compensation for the euro60 that it cost me to get it working. After about 6 weeks and frequent messaging, I finally have been advised that no refund or compensation is forthcoming because the laptop was not returned. I can only suggest do not trust this company.

quanto da Lei dichiarato non risulta un esperienza autentica.
Le sono state richieste maggiori informazioni per verificare il Suo ordine ma non abbiamo avuto risposta.
La poca serietà di Trustpilot è ormai evidente, recensioni positive di clienti che mandano numeri di ordine e documenti di vendita vengono cancellate, mentre le recensioni negative di esperienze non vere rimangono.
Per chi cerca un consiglio prima dell'acquisto andate a vedere i commenti sulle pagine social di Trustpilot e vedrete la vera "Affidabilità" della società.
