Sorry for make you disappointed, but we think there must be some misunderstand.
We checked your order, your order has delivered on september 09, just like we promised. Also we checked our past mails, the lastest mail you sent was in september 04, it was an email to confirm the delivery time, and no mails after delivered, so we think there must be some misunderstand.
About the return policy, you can find it in the bottom of any page from our site. Any order can return for refund or exchange, just need an email to contact and meet to our return policy (within 10 days after delivered, unused, not custom made).
