Charged but no product received
I ordered a product from this site. I was suspicious immediately since the PayPal receipt seemed to be an individual's name. (There was no way to pay by credit card, only PayPal.) I also didn't receive an email confirming my purchase. When I looked at the PayPal charge, it was in Chinese.
I emailed the company at the customer service email address provided and my email bounced back.
I filed a dispute with PayPal and received my money back.
