Placed an order and was told my order was flagged due to some kind of risk, which is ridiculous as my card is registered to the shipping address.

They said they could not deliver and would have to see ID. I expressed that I work in the city and would not have time to, but would be willing to send anything needed via email.

The advisor was quite hostile and did not allow me to speak, which is a shame!

Could have been avoided, in turn I rang back and asked for my order to be cancelled.

Richmond Cycles has the best service and the nicest team, I would highly recommend coming into their store! :)

They have genuinely lovely, helpful and knowledgeable staff & it's really fun visiting their store. I've had a great experience buying my bike there (and I've tried a couple of different bike stores across London, they are the best!). Highly recommend checking them out!

Placed an order on Friday afternoon, along with delivery charge for 1 to 3 working day delivery . Still processing the order the following Wednesday. Made no effort to contact me about any issues. Once I made contact they said the bank holiday had caused delays etc. But had they got a move on which they would be expected to do in order to keep to their delivery schedule the bank holiday wouldn't have made any difference .
