Good didn’t arrive, tracking number didn’t exist, customer service email address doesn’t exist, not reply directly, scam. Luckily got my money back from credit card. Needless to say, their advertised 5star trust pilot review doesn’t exist either, avoid.
I’d doubt this company exists - there are several websites around the country with the same goods. They acknowledge an order and take your money but so far goods haven’t arrived - when trying to contact the company email bounces back it does’t exist and the tracking numbers not found - please do not waste your money as I have done. I have reported this company
Facebook post looks professional. Ordered shoes 25th July confirmed by email from company. Link on email advising order on its way 26th July. Still showing same details today. Sent 2 emails during this period both not answered. Possible scam?
Alarm bells ringing. Saw an advert on Facebook for clothing from Richmond London. Went to their website, all looks great - they even show photos of very positive Trust Pilot reviews. However, searching for the company reviews on TP using the company's URL, they are not listed . Buyer beware ... I suspect yet another overseas based company flogging tat.
