My fiancé and I had an amazing experience when looking to buy our first home with Vale Life. I cannot recommend enough! We had multiple in-person meetings with Richard who was knowledgable and worked very hard in our best interests, he even managed to get us over 2k back through porting methods. The whole team is incredibly knowledgeable. Matt helped us sort our Life Insurance and was very communicative through out. Every email was broken down and the information made understandable. As first time buyers we had a lot of inexperience and anxiety about the home buying process. The team at Vale life helped us through every step and offered reassurance and guidance. Liam was also amazing when an issue arose with the solicitors. He helped to explain the terminology and put our mind at ease. He had a very approachable attitude and spoke very professionally but also down to earth and friendly, explained all the legal jargon and explained that this was a common issue and not to fret.
The whole team was amazing, they answered the phone almost instantly and if not called back within the hour. They have a superb response time on emails, usually replying within a few hours, if that!
As first time buyers, I do not think we could have done this without Richard, Matt and Liam. Every member of the team has been an absolute god send. They are the reason my partner and I now own our first home and I cannot thank them all enough.
I would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone, they have also been used by my whole family when purchasing property, from my parents, aunts, uncles and grandparents. We have all used Vale Life and have had an excellent experience. I cannot recommend them enough, nor leave a review that truly appreciates their commitment.

Tim, with consummate patience and care, managed to translate the mystique inherent in a mortgage application such that it became a straightforward process in the end with none of the drama or tripwires that had been feared! Responses were always timely to my emails, and always reassuring such that the whole fandango was completed smoothly and promptly - and most satisfactorily. It was as close to a "pleasure" as any mortgage application could be and appeared to be as seamless as one could wish for. And undoubtedly good value for money.

We had an initial meeting with Richard and then a follow up with Tim.
Richard and Tim were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They listened to our needs and our preferences and found us a mortgage that suited us. They showed us different options with different payment plans etc and different methods of mortgage applications. After our visits we had various exchanges of emails and Tim, who we were then solely dealing with, who was very prompt with responses and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. For our first mortgage we felt like we were in safe hands and would highly recommend Tim and Richard. During a time that is known for being incredibly stressful, we felt very relaxed knowing we were in safe hands.
