The agent was very helpful and knowledgable.

Can't fault them at all. We're still waiting to sell, but there is no time wasted by being unnecessarily contacted or having viewers funneled through the property for no reason, like we had at our previous agency AQ. Highly recommend.

Rob was so nice, pleasant and informative about moving. He certainly knows what he is talking about. Am considering moving and Rob explained everything in straight layman's terms. I learnt quite a bit from him. Thank you Rob and enjoyed meeting you.

I would not hesitate in recommending James and his team at Richard Poytnz & Co. - very professional, knowledgeable and nothing too much trouble. All the team are courteous, helpful and ready with assistance and advice every step of the way.
They conduct themselves with a positive attitude but not at all pushy or intimidating. Many years ago I purchased my first house through Richard Poytnz himself and recently dealing with James and his team - thank you for everything guys and wish each of you continued success 👍

Hi James. Do you have a photo of my forklift on your house drive? Apco was an active business and (3.8tonne) was moved by hgv to new business site in Burnt Mills. Fork lift on your drive, this is total fiction.

I cannot rate Richard Poyntz highly enough! Our journey with them started in February of this year when we viewed a property that we were interested in. Having bought several properties in the past I was impressed with the organisation of the simple things, e.g. the reminder texts/emails and follow-up calls. After having a bad experience with our own Mortgage advisor Poyntz stepped in to help us organise a mortgage. We then decided we wanted to sell the house we were living in and Poyntz made the process quick and easy and managed to help us achieve a sale within 8 weeks! After this Poyntz arranged other viewings for us. Sadly we didn't end up buying a property advertised with them but still, Rob went above and beyond to work with the sales progressor from another agent to ensure we made it through to the point of exchange and was always there at the end of an email or the phone to give us advice. Poyntz really do treat their clients like family and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to buy/sell a property in Canvey Island or neighbouring areas. Thank you Leanne

Poyntz are by far the best agent on the island and my journey to sold wasn't the easiest but they were right their beside me to reassure me, jump on and progress any issues that arose.

They provided me with an amazing service with constant updates around my progression, they really are a great team and it was an absolute pleasure working with them.
