Since then they have been patient and fully engaged through our journey, keeping us positive through the set backs and always acting in our best interests to secure us the best price for our house and find our next.

As we finally complete on selling our home and buying our new home , both through RJ, we could not have asked for better agents!

We instructed Richard and Natalie on the sale of our five bed house in Mill Hill. They were exceptional. Highly responsive and extremely helpful. They even supported us on navigating a tricky onward purchase. They made the whole process as easy as it can be. I recommend them highly.

Over 1 1/2 years we tried 3 different estate agents, none of whom proved to be very useful. In despair, we came off the market for 6 months before going back on again with Richard James. They had lots of great ideas about how to promote our fairly unique property.
Within 3 weeks we had an offer that we accepted and two other families who were keen to buy. Fantastic!
We exchanged 2 months later and completed a few weeks after that.
Richard James, under the auspices of Jade, even made that aspect of the process very simple. We were incredibly impressed. Our particular thanks though go to Ellis-Rose Wigley who was wonderful.

These were my 4th agent in a year in west Swindon. What a refreshing change! Use of whatsapp to communicate, excellent staff. Achieved a sale quickly, then passed us to their sales progressing sister company who were fantastic. Slick operation compared to Connells, Allen & Harris and I.am.sold. Do not waste your time with other agents in west swindon. I cannot recommend Richard James more highly.

I had booked an Appointment to view a detached house in Kingsdown park, Swindon at 13.00 on a Saturday in March 2026. On the morning of the viewing I had a call from the agent stating she was too busy to show me the property and will rearrange the viewing . As I live close , I drove around to see the area. I found the house already had Sold Stc board on it. Effectively it had already been sold. So why are the agents letting me think its not sold and waste my time ?

I had a great experience with Anthony Cooper. As a first-time renter, the process felt quite intimidating at first, but he made everything simple and stress-free from start to finish.

His communication was excellent — always clear, responsive, and professional. He was consistently helpful and quick to assist whenever I had any questions about the flat.
