We got there in the end 👍🏻👍🏻

I ordered off you like many times before. My parcel was damaged in transit by Evri. I’ve emailed you twice and sent a message and not had communication back off you. I now have to take time out my working day chasing up yourselves by phoning your customer service. Great. 👍🏻

You have to be honest and fair, So my edit is fantastic out come if Evri now delivers my replacement order when they say and hopefully nothing goes wrong.
Richard Jackson Garden customer service team have updated me on my new order being delivered first thing Monday and my rating is now a 5.

Hi Neil, we’re really sorry your parcel was damaged in transit, and that you’ve been left feeling you need to chase us for a response.

I can see that you contacted our customer service team on 3rd September and again yesterday, 5th September. Our customer service team isn’t in the office over the weekend, but I’ve picked this up today and will make sure your messages are dealt with as a priority when the team returns tomorrow.

We’ll get this resolved for you, either by arranging a replacement delivery or, if you’d prefer, issuing a refund. There shouldn’t be any need for you to spend time phoning us to chase this.

Apologies again for the inconvenience, particularly as you’ve ordered from us many times before. We really appreciate your custom and will get this sorted for you.
