Diligent and professional

I'm submitting this review on behalf of my parents. Since moving into their new-build property they had experienced spurious issues with TV reception when lights were operated. The previous electrician couldn't trace the fault - and ended up doing some minor damage in the process. However, Richard Craig Electrical managed to track the problem down, despite it not being a run-of-the-mill issue, and now my parents have a sound electrical system with fully working TVs. Not only that, but when an unrelated problem was mentioned to the guys from RCE, that of a non-functioning Velux, they managed to diagnose the issue as a missing component, something everyone else had been scratching their heads over. Component ordered, installed and now all is working well. Nice guys, who my parents were happy to have in the house. Recommended.
