Exceptional Support from Ricardo
I usually never write reviews, but the support I received from Ricardo truly deserves one. I had a complex issue with my Pterodactyl panel that nobody was able to solve not GitHub, not forums, not even official support. I was stuck with this problem for days, and every place I went, people either ignored me or denied helping.
But Ricardo stepped in and fixed the issue that everyone else failed to resolve. His knowledge is exceptional, and his support is honestly the best I’ve ever experienced. He replies fast, understands the problem quickly, and actually provides real solutions instead of the usual generic answers.
If you’re looking for someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing and is willing to help, Ricardo is by far the best person you can rely on. Absolutely recommend him!
