Ribbet lists itself as a free photo editor, but don't believe it. They apparently are desperate for subscribers as many things that in years past were actually free (especially in touch up area) are now subscriber only. I used to subscribe until they priced themselves out of my pocketbook. When I gave up subscription, I also lost ability to upload photos from Google photos to even use the limited free options. There is no reason to be THAT stingy.

They charged me for a service after I cancelled it. They are thieves. Do not trust this site. They will continue to charge you even after you cancel. Been fighting with my bank to get my money back. Warning!

I have been a member of Ribbet for about 15 years. I have loved it along with each addition and improvements. I do a lot of facial photos for my genealogy and digital albums. Including backgrounds can be very important to both, as well as filling in spots of missing paper on old photos. I've tried a few others but they're not as good as Ribbet. I look forward to the next 15 and 30 years.

First of all - this website has apparently been charging an old credit card of mine for over a decade, unknowingly to me, for an account that I don't have the log-in for. I tried to contact customer service to get it canceled that way, but they have no email or phone number listed on the website, just a contact form. Haven't heard back in days, so I'll probably just have to block charges from them on my credit card. SO annoying thinking about how much money I've lost.

Follow up note - they did contact me and cancel it BUT the receipt emails and renewal reminders had no way of reaching me since my account email no longer exists.

Hate this app. It is not free anymore. I have been using this for 8 years for free. And now they are going to charge you even though you are not using the Premium. If I want to save the picture that I edited without using the Premium, they want me to pay to use this app. There are a lot of photo apps that are free.

Do not do the trial. I have tried to cancel multiple times and they still charge me yearly. I even changed card numbers and they still found a way to
Charge me.

I've used several of the online photo programs and Ribbet is far and away the best!

I'm 74 and not terribly computer savvy, so I appreciate how easy Ribbet is to use - and the support folks are fantastic!

My KatjaRose page at Facebook has nearly 3000 followers and every photo there (I post a meme a day) was processed using Ribbet.

So happy to share the awesome passion ribbet has for their customers. An error in understanding a connection between a purchase and ribbet partnership with them was about to cost me money I did not have. Ribbet stepped in, understood my situation and immediately stepped in and made the necessary adjustment. Thank you so much ribbet!

I have been using Ribbet since it first came out and was in Beta. I love the program. There are a few things I wished it offered but I suspect as time goes it will offer even more awesome editing tools. I highly recommend the program. It's very user-friendly even for the new user. No matter what other program I have gotten myself I still find myself in ribbet doing things I couldn't in the other or it was harder in the other program.

My first experience with Ribbet was in 2014 and I have continued using this programme until now, May 2012. I attempted using other programmes to edit images but I always arrived back on Ribbet and left absolutely satisfied with an image/images ready to upload to my website. I have needed very little support from Ribbet but, when I did ask a question it would be answered very promptly. I highly recommend using Ribbet for editing images to be inserted into websites, which has been my experience for almost seven years.

I have used this application for the past five years or more, I love it, very user friendly and it allows me to do amazing things to my photos. Five stars for sure.

I love Ribbet because not only does it make it easy to my cards and collages striking in any number of ways but the staff are so helpful and enthusiastic. I have been able to bring cheer to a lot of people during lockdown thanks to Ribbet's variety and versatility and the help I got early on from the guys behind the scenes.

I have used Ribbet for several years and find it consistently easy to use. When I was struggling to find a specific font for my project I discovered their amazing customer service. I never expected such personalized help! I did find the font, successfully downloaded and tried it out in Ribbet. Works great!

I switched from PicMonkey to Ribbet and couldn't be happier. Ribbet does everything PicMonkey does and more. It's simple to learn and has some unique shortcuts that have made my job much easier. I highly recommend Ribbet. It's worth every penny.

I am totally impressed with RIBBET!!! I love all the editing features and the customer service is outstanding!! Your questions get answered within 24 hours. They are very helpful and go out of their way to ensure you understand the program. Ribbet is a keeper!!!!

My Granddaughter originally found this site and we liked it well enough to get it for ourselves. Since then, We have used it a lot and are very happy with the capabilities. My Granddaughter has since moved onto other photo software. We received a renewal for billing on both of us the other day, and wrote a note to Ribbet about double billing. It turns out, that we never cancelled the Granddaughter's account. I received immediate response, and they credited the second billing. It's nice to see a company that values good customer service. We plan to keep using this software for a long time.

Been using the program for the first time ,needed to complete a project in a hurry and every problem I've encountered was quickly solved by the help staff which allowed me to finish on time!
The program has abilities I haven't found in other programs I tried and especially loved being able to add your own stickers to the work.
Getting a premium status while still in the free trial was also a nice cherry :)
I can't recommend Ribbet enough to anyone needing this kind of program.

I was inadvertently charged for a premium membership which I had tried some time ago but discontinued. I just don't do enough editing now so don't need anything but simple basics.
I emailed Ribbet on Sunday and within an hour they had reversed the charge. Super quick service. I still enjoy using the free version on the occasions I need some simple changes. Great company to do business with- and with a sense of humor which I love??

As a long time user of Photoshop, I switched over to Ribbet when I began using a Chromebook. I've been using Ribbet for a couple of years now and I love it! Having an application of this caliber work within my browser is fantastic. Ribbet is the perfect companion for my photo editing and graphics work where everything is "in the cloud". Thank you Team Ribbet!

I highly recommend this program.
