UNACCEPTABLE DELAY 60++ days and without nobody informed me for shipping the parcel.
The order has been placed since 24/11/2022, without information about a tracking number, after my trouble they sent me a tracking number, The parcel data was entered into the GLS IT system at 12/01/2023, after from 49 days, starting from ITALY-GERMANY-ROMANIA-BULGARIA and at the end GREECE. At 19/1/2023 is to BULGARIA, instead of going from GREECE-ITALY, it goes around EUROPE to reach GREECE. I haven't received it until 19/1/2023, they probably come from AUSTRALIA, just kidding.
