I don't speak much Spanish yet so the whole process of registering my non-DGT-certified eScooter and finding an insurer has been very stressful, HOWEVER, Rhyde were excellent and after a couple of failed phone calls (totally my fault for living in Spain and not speaking Spanish!) they switch to email where we could both use a Translation tool. Licence plate sticker arrived within a few days, well made and well packed. Will recommend without hesitation. Thanks Rhyde :-)

Dont ever buy from this website or from them on refurbed. Totally the worst costumer service EVER to exist, blaming the costumer for the damages their scooter came with. I tried to refund it and wanted to get my money back, but no. They wanted me to pay for the damages, about 250$ when the scooter costed like 320$ so when i said just ship it back to me and thought about just selling it on facebook market or something, they require a 50 EURO fee and when i got it back the box was sooooo damaged and the scooter also got damaged

If I were you, I wouldn't buy anything there. Send 2nd hand stuff but they are very damaged. Tires are not good and buttons are defective. And then say that it was sent in good condition. Ordering nothing waste of your money.

They just cancelled my order saying that i had cancelled it, which i had not. They also say on said on their homepage that it was free delivery, however that was not the case.

As of now I really cannot give a optimal review since I haven't recieved my order scooter yet. But, there are still positive things to say about Rhyde. Their website is very easy to understand and navigate through which makes choosing a scooter quite easy. Their customer service is one of the quickest I've ever seen and kinda helpful. You can also contact them if you do not know which scooter fits you so that is another plus.

Once again, I will write a full review after I have recieved my scooter. But, things are looking on the good side so far!

I am from Sweden, I bought Xiaomi Pro 2 from Rhyde. I was amazed to receive my scooter. It was a brand new one, I cannot believe that it is refurbed one. I was drown inside with tears of happiness, I got a spare new tube and tyre alongwith a helmet, lock and mobile holder as well for free. I am out of my words how to thank you guys. It runs with full power as a new one does, able to climb steep inclines with around 7-10kmph speed depending upon charging. In Sports mode giving 27kms of mileage, I rode it over snowy road comfortably, this is the best deal of my life. Amazing services, love you guys.

There were two small problems, there was no handbook and it hasn't yet arrived, the second is the handle bars seem to be non standard making a front basket difficult to mount due to the angle of the stem clamp.

Defective product refunded bought a new scooter whole process was handled very well

Got my new patinete within 2weeks. They shipped it same day as i paid for it and i think it was in customs for nearly 1 week. Overall good customer support and they helped me with everything i needed.
