The shower unit kept tripping the fuse and stopped functioning. Ryan responded promptly to my request to investigate. He indicated the fault causing the problem and advised a replacement unit. He fitted it very carefully, his work was neat and clean and the new shower worked perfectly. He also repaired the cistern in the toilet and a toilet seat in the second bathroom. The quality of his work is of a very order, he’s very reliable and has the best interests of the customer in mind at all times. I’ll continue to use R Howells company for all plumbing and heating needs.

Ryan was absolutely brilliant - he told us the problem with our central heating system and repaired it very quickly. I would recommend him for anyone else who has problems with their central heating system.

We used Ryan Howells plumber to take out then install a complete new combi boiler heating system and new radiators. I had an issue with my water tank and overflow constantly leaking, called Ryan at Rhowells plumbing and heating. Extremely polite over the phone and he agreed to call out on bank holiday Monday. Ryan arrived on time and was very polite and friendly, he fixed the problem within 30 and explained exactly what was wrong and how he rectified the issue and was very reasonable with price. Ryan did a great job sorting out the noisy pipes that had been driving us crazy for weeks every time we ran the hot water. No issues since he replaced a worn part in the header tank.
