I ordered from Rhode on July 21, and as of today my package still hasn’t arrived. The estimated delivery time has long passed, yet there have been no meaningful updates on the tracking.
Contacting customer service has been unhelpful. They only keep forwarding the same tracking link I already have, without providing any real assistance or investigation into the delay. Communication is slow and unresponsive, and it feels like there’s no actual effort to resolve the issue.
Very disappointed with the lack of accountability. It shouldn’t be this difficult to simply get a package delivered or to receive a proper update from the company.

Don’t bother
I ordered their limited edition summer kit which I was super excited about, it was finally delivered last week. However, Evri just left the package out on the street for everyone to see. I live in Hackney, package was probably gone within minutes… I contacted both Evri and rhode, not expecting anything from Evri but hoping that rhode can replace or refund me, as the proof of delivery shows that the package was left on the street so they can claim it back with Evri. Instead, they replied to me twice saying according to their records the package was delivered (ignoring my point that it was delivered into an unsafe place and stolen) and that I should keep looking. I reached out for the third time with no response. I am out of £74, no package - awful company, won’t shop again.

Rhode lip liner and gloss made me break…
Rhode lip liner and gloss made me break out in pimples around my mouth. It has a lot of synthetic wax and synthetic ingrediants in these items. Perhaps why its not approved in Australia. Not worth the money at all.

Absolutely abysmal experience with rhode, from start to finish. I've lost hundreds of dollars due to their completely dysfunctional system.
Payment & Website Issues: The payment options on their website are consistently broken. I've had countless failed attempts, which is unacceptable for a brand of this scale.
Missing Orders & Products: I've placed multiple orders only for them to be either partially shipped or completely lost. The financial loss is significant, and the lack of a proper resolution is shocking.
Non-existent Customer Service: The customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Every interaction feels like I'm speaking to almost a bot or a generic FAQ. They provide one-line, irrelevant answers that do not address the core problems of lost packages or payment failures. There is no real person to help you resolve an issue, which has cost me hundreds of dollars.
Influencer Bias: It's apparent that their priority is fulfilling orders for influencers. If you are a regular customer, you are left completely unsupported and at the mercy of their broken system.
Unless you're willing to gamble hundreds of dollars on whether your products will ever arrive, I strongly advise against ordering from rhode. The risk is not worth it, and the lack of any real support makes this a far worse experience than even unverified private platforms
Update 6th of August; for those who are wondering I did send my order number and details to them as requested below (on the same day) and so far nothing. Absolutely no one contacted me and I am still getting the generic responses whenever I chase my lost my order

DON’T DO IT!!
I placed my first (and last!) order on launchdate of the Summer 2025 collection, July 14th.
It took an absurd amount of time to get processed and shipped. Now it has been stuck for almost 3 days in The Netherlands, were the trackinginformation wrongfully says ‘arrived in destination country’. It should be delivered in France!
The only response I get are the same generic messages with no help at all.
It is August 1st tomorrow, I paid €179 for items I still don’t have and am kinda afraid I won’t ever get. This was my first time hopping on the hype train because of the pretty yellow theme. I regret it already!!!
At this point I just expect a refund and nothing else. But reading the other reviews I guess even that isn’t going to happen. I am furious!

I received my order with the exception of 1 item, I emailed the support team and they promptly responded. My item was shipped within 3 days of my initial email. Team were helpful & quick to handle my request. No complaints

Disappointed of Rhode
Disappointed of Rhode. My bubble bag came with a mark. They won’t give me a discount and tell me to return it but the price for it is more expensive than the actual bubble bag. I told them but they don’t care. It would be good customer service to at least offer a discount for the mark.

No solution offered (still no delivery after 15 days)
I placed an order with Rhode on July 14th (Order #5346341). It was marked as shipped on July 20th, but the tracking has shown no movement since July 26th — the parcel has been stuck at the depot in Nürnberg, Germany for over a week.
What’s more frustrating is that my friend placed a separate order to the exact same address, and hers was delivered without issue. This clearly shows that there’s a problem with my shipment, not the location.
Rhode’s website promises delivery within 5–9 business days, but it has now been 15 days and I still haven’t received my package or a meaningful response from customer service. I contacted them asking for an update or a replacement, but received no solution.
If there is a shipping issue, I believe the brand should be proactive and either resend the order or offer a refund. At this point, I feel ignored as a customer and disappointed in the overall service. If this isn’t resolved soon, I will consider further legal steps.

Safe to say I am addicted!
Rhode truly has the best customer service I have encountered. I ordered from them countless times and only ever had one issue that was resolved within minutes. When I had an issue regarding a mistake I had made, they were kind enough to correct it without charging extra, or even shipping costs. The quality of the products is incredible as well. I have very sensitive skin and their barrier butter completely transformed it to a state where I don’t wear foundation or BB creams at all anymore. Not to mention I have never left my house without the lip treatment! Love love love! X
