Obviously now know the items ship from overseas through France and took sometime to arrive. The printed case I ordered has a great design and feels great, can't fault it. The snag with this company seems to be the screen protectors. Both front and back arrived. Neither came with instructions for application. Had to go to website where you kind of guess what screen protector video bests suits your phone. The back screen protector applied well. The front didn't and eventually bubbled beyond belief and peeled off. £20 up in smoke on that one. The case I don't regret buying, hopefully the back protector remains working, looking elsewhere for a front screen protector as it looks like these ones are hit and miss.

EDIT it arrived safe and sound 19 days after ordering, the case is high quality as is the design but unfortunately took far too long to arrive.
Ordered a pixel 6 pro case 13 days ago still yet to arrive, the site isn't very clear about it coming from overseas as silly me I assumed that a website called rhinoshield UK would come from the UK.

Hopefully if it arrives it's exactly how I want it to be. Solid suit, custom memento design, spare buttons for added colour pop.

I recently purchased a rhinoshield tempered glass screen protector for the pixel 6 as my old one used to get very smudgy and dirty and was forever cleaning it,the screen protector is great in every department except the fingerprint reader on my other screen protector it worked 90% of the time but that was down to the fingerprint sensor,it ain't the best by a long shot but he'll on the rhinoshield it's even worse and it isn't to do with the reader,no defo rhino to blame here,the percentage has defo dropped to at least 40% now,not good.

Ordered the Pixel 6 Pro screen protector, which took a very long time to arrive since it shipped from France.

I tried fitting it tonight but the instructions were so poor, it already had debris on it before it had even been applied to the phone. It very easily can be incorrectly applied not least of all because it isn't clearly marked.

I wouldn't waste money on any of their products ever again.

I've had this phone case for well over 2 years. I can honestly say it's well worth the money. I am so clumsy and drop my phone all the time and in the time ive had this phone with this case only a tiny spec of screen damage was done , my fault and totally unnoticeable. Yes the product is kore upmarket than a regular case but mine has served me so well that any other phone I get I'm the future will be protected by this case!

Gven the horrible reviews, I expected it to be terrible whereas when I purchased it, it was exactly what I expected from the description. I think that overall the negative ones generally don't know that:
1. They are importing your product from Taiwan, it is going to take a while for it to arrive.
2. Sometimes mistakes occur and they mix things up.
Overall I think that it is a great product and that it is very good to travel 9000 miles in six days.

I ordered a case and phone screen protector. I was worried after seeing so many negative reviews, but my experience has been great from start to finish. I placed my order on 16th March, aware of timescales due to items being printed to order, and with standard shipping. The case and screen protector arrived on 24th March, which was well within the anticipated wait time. The case fits perfectly, and I loved that the packaging was eco-friendly too.

the pictures in their website vs the final printed product is totally different. the quality is just not there. ordered replacement, which they delivered for free, but the print is still the same. poor print quality overall. imo, for the same price, you can go buy a casetify which has better quality..i wish they can partner with another company who can provide better quality and that will def up their game.

The item itself seems durable. I dropped my phone around 3x now and it did not get damaged.

It looks great, feels sturdy. DO NOT PURCHASE!!! I Bought this for my son, he dropped it on the pavement and it has smashed into pieces. I saw it on lots of YouTube reviews with them throwing it meters high and it looked great. I thought surely it wouldn't break when they charge £40 per case, Yet a month later after purchasing one of these cases, it was dropped from no more than 1 meter, and it broke. I hope I get a refund on this product. Oh! I forgot to mention it also takes 2 weeks for it to arrive at a £5 cost!!

Overpriced rubbish. Product is not the correct size for the device it's designed to fit. Awful, anti-consumer returns policy. Avoid at all costs.

A complete joke. The site is dishonest about it’s shipping times as if it’s a random drop shipper or just one person running a bad small business. I spent £46 on a phone case that still hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks. Look at other reviews to see just how dishonest they are about shipping times — it’s childish, pathetic, and unprofessional.
Tell your customers that because of covid, it will come in ‘x’ amount of time. Start running an actual online business please, we pay a premium price for you to behave like a first time, low budget, dishonest, inexperienced company.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had attempting to apply a screen protector - ended up throwing it away. £25 literally in the bin.

While the quality of the case seems pretty good, the site is very deceptive. They do not mention that the case is being shipped from Taiwan to france to England which takes weeks. The delivery time on the website is 4-10 days for £5 and there are more expensive but faster options, but for all of these the estimated days don't start until the case is already in France which takes at least 2 weeks. This is mentioned very deep into the website and not explicitly at all. when contacted about the long delivery time they unapologetically link you to a non existent FAQ which supposedly says that this is the case and do not offer any compensation. With the delivery costing so much for even the cheapest option and the case being expensive in the first place, you'd think it wouldn't be this ridiculously slow and the company is very deceptive about this fact and refuse to give compensation for this misinformation or anything. Feel very cheated even if the phone case seems ok

Brought an iPhone 13 pro case. While the material doesn’t feel cheap it creeks and cracks and just doesn’t fit correctly. Website looks real good but in reality these cases are just not worth the money.

Paid £10 for a screen protector, said it came with a back and front protector but it was just the front that didn’t fit correctly, was fitted for a day before it started peeling off - it was fitted correctly but when you put the case of it catches the edge, once it’s peeled it’s done for.

In my opinion there are better places to spend your money.

I would return mine…but they don’t respond to any messages.

Doesn’t say it is a uk company, delivery was when it was expected, quality of the product doesn’t feel cheap however I doubt very much it would offer the kind of protection they advertise.

Do not recommend Rhino Shield.

Having treated myself to a new phone I wanted the best phone case I could find. I was impressed by the Rhinoshield website and accompanying videos. My case took 3 weeks to arrive.Purports to be a UK company but items come from Asia. The printing of my personalised backplate was of very poor quality. I couldn’t work out how to fit the case even after I was sent a you tube link. The case itself is highly overpriced for the protection it offers. Have brought a case half the price which is just as good on Amazon. Don’t bother with this company.

still no product after 2 weeks, when i tried to contact support they didnt speak english, currently trying to get a refund but given how bad the customer service has been so far im doubting i will get any money back from them willingly.

Misleading website paid premium delivery 1_3 but now informed waiting up to 2 weeks customer service is awful do not use to his website

I’ve been a customer for years, and was always pretty content with their products. Just bought a Van Gogh case, which took longer than expected (three weeks and I had to pay 5£ for delivery), but the case is really nice. Prices are rather high, so hopefully they fix their shipping. Also hope in the futile they add magnets in their cases for magsafe, as the cases are pretty thick decreasing magsafe compatibility (good for protection ofc). All around pretty good!

The product took 3 weeks to be delivered. Non existent updates about delays and poor tracking. How do I speak to someone on the phone - good luck finding a number for them! They do respond via email, but sometimes you want an update on the phone. One of the tracking codes took me to a French website and even then I could not work out where it had gone to. Service with this regard not up to standard.

Had case protect my phone from a couple of falls on tarmac. But in less than a year, the case warped in my pocket, just due to my body temperature. The case ended up falling off my phone once warped. For a case that costs £40 + shipping, its not worth it if you need to buy a new one every year. I'd recommend going with a cheaper protective phone case and adding stickers :)
