SO SLOW

SO SLOW. I’ve been waiting two weeks just for some volume buttons!!!

This company has outrageous delivery times especially when you’ve paid extra for fast shipping.

Rude Customer Service & Slow delivery

I have ordered two cases with associated coloured rings and buttons on two different occasions. I paid extra for fast delivery on the first order. After five days they had still not passed the order to the delivery agent (Royal Mail). The order eventually arrived two weeks after the promised six days express service for which I had paid £6 extra. In the meantime, customer support eventual responses answered my questions with a standard template that did not relate to my questions at all. I ordered a second case a year later as the first case worked for me, no complaints. BUT! Here we go again, the case, coloured ring and matching buttons took weeks to arrive. When they did eventually appear, I found the navy buttons I ordered were for the wrong model. I immediately contacted customer service and sent pictures of what I received. Days later, customer service contacted me and wanted more pictures of all items received, packets front and back. Remember, I am talking about one pack of navy buttons for an iPhone 14 pro, value £1. Another week goes by and I receive a begrudging email to state, “the barcode for each item was scanned and recorded before shipment” and “We are not able to confirm what happened during transit, but we will take care of this and resend you the item this one time”. Regardless of the bar code or the tracking process that they use, the item in the envelope (the push buttons), were NOT for an iPhone 14 pro. They were smaller buttons. I wonder when those replacement buttons will eventually arrive. It is now 24 days since I placed the original order. So, not a good experience at all. I will not be buying from them again. The product is good, but you better pray you do not need to contact their customer service.

"A feature, not a bug"

Phone case works, until it doesn't because it gets so loose it barely holds the phone in. Contacted customer service and they said that it's meant to happen.

Lens covers broke within a week or so…

Lens covers broke within a week or so and customer care are rubbish - no refund or replacement just told that wear and tear is to be expected.
Took ages to come in the post.
Will not be buying from them again - be careful!!

Expensive Rubbish.

1. If you want a custom case, you have one choice-black.
2. Don't order it if you are in a hurry or if you want to use a local provider- it takes weeks to arrive, even if you order fastest delivery and pay extra for it. It is not Rhinoshield UK, its customer service team is in Europe, and it is produced in Taiwan.
3. However careful you are to order for your make and model of phone, you might still receive a case that doesn't fit (happened to me.)
4. The quality of said case is so poor, the printed design started to lift off the back as part of installation (it's a plain black case with a vinyl picture glued to it - rubbish).
5. Don't try to return it- they'll make it as difficult as possible. When I complained, I was asked to send videos, pictures and screenshots. They don't believe me that it's unfit for purpose.
6. My daughter's phone has fingerprint recognition on the power button - the case didn't take this into account and covered the button up with a rubber cover. She removed this in order for it to work before I could stop her.
7. The button covers are so stiff and inflexible that it kept turning the volume button up and down and the power on and off.

Can't be bothered to go through the rigmarole of returning the thing, so it's gone in the bin. what a waste of money.

Update: Rhinoshield awful response:

Great product & best customer service.

Great product & best customer service.
It has been quite few years that I started using Rhinoshield's protection cases and now my partner, my sister and few friends are doing so too.
Nice design and great protection at great prices.
Further more the customer service is extremely professional and friendly.
Prompt delivery all in all a great company and a great online experience.

UNREAL ~ QUALITY

Reading the reviews on this company made me apprehensive about purchasing from them, but the risk was worth it; not only do they offer a magnitude of different designs for cases but the option to choose different practical case designs; I chose the MagSafe and hardshell with a personal customisation.
The price was high which made me nervous but upon arrival, I can see why! The packaging was well presented with additional box and protection stickers on the front and back of the case, no chance of damage in transport, the design came out better than I thought and the quality is AAA* it’s that good.

I really do recommend trying this company!

Excellent service from customer service, delivery, packaging quality and supreme phone case print and material quality.

Poor protection

Cool designs, but poor protection.

I am having one of them cool Star Wars designs, and pay some extra for MagSafe. phone fell off, screen is in good condition but the rear panel of the phone that is a gorilla glass cracked all over . Case is ok but phone needs to go for repair

Mixed thoughts

Mixed thoughts. Bought a clear case 6 months ago and really pleased it doesn’t seem to have yellowed at all.
Also bought an Impact screen protector at a hefty £24.99 with the thinking, buy cheap, but twice. Really disappointed to find the flexible protector got dented when I dropped my phone into gravel from height of 40cms. Could live with the dent as it clearly protected my screen but can’t live with my keyboard not working properly at the point of the dent. Really pricey for just one screen protector.

Rhinoshield Not In UK

I ordered my new phone from another company and it arrived the very next day.
I ordered the case for the phone from Rhinoshield UK and now 5 days later I still haven't received it, so I cannot take my phone out with me, which I find sad and frustrating.
I hadn't read the reviews on Trustpilot before ordering - had I known about the way Rhinoshield operate - that their products have to be shipped from Taiwan after they are ordered is not only slow but a waste of resources.
I now have my doubts about the honesty of the videos on the Rhinoshield website that show a phone being carelessly chucked against a concrete floor. I no longer believe the hype because I now know how that company operates, it's not real.

S24 ultra case

Had my case for a few months now & it still looks brand new despite being light in colour, have dropped my phone a couple of times and it's had no damage while being in this case so despite the mixed reviews mine is definitely a positive one. Wouldn't hesitate to buy a rhinoshield case again 🥰

Please do not buy anything from them

Please do not buy anything from them. Placed order on 26th March and paid extra for express shipping. Items never came, they were in stock. In support they are playing with me. Already asked for refund but of course no one is there to reply. Be careful!!!

I need to be honest

I need to be honest.

I bought from this company because of the multiple designs, i bought it instead of taking my initial thoughts with MOUS, and the result was very disappointing.

Desing good, the case did not shield my phone, one week using it and my phone (also brand new) fell from a 77cm height, the back of the phone completely smash and crack. I contact the costumer service about this, thinking this shouldn’t happen, they didn’t bother, and they didn’t even offer a refund, I week of use, not even 1meter fall, and that was all.

So now I am using my original idea of a case, and I will never buy rhino shield again.

Bit shocked that after I placed my…

Bit shocked that after I placed my order on the 7th to then get an email to say "due to holidays any order placed after the 3rd will not be processed until after the 14th". Is this company a one man band??
Its now the 19th and still no confirmation of shipping. Have raised a ticket but not response. Will see what quality it arrives in....if it ever arrives.
