Faulty bespoke earrings – very disappointing experience
We visited Rhiannon Jewellery for a bespoke pair of earrings, expecting a quality product and service. Unfortunately, one of the earrings broke almost immediately — the pull-through hook completely detached, making them unwearable.
For a new, custom-made item, this is unacceptable. My wife has owned many earrings over the years, and this kind of failure has never happened before. Clearly not fit for purpose.
We returned to the shop, but instead of resolving the issue professionally, the response was far from satisfactory. At this price point and from a specialist jeweller, we expected far better.
Extremely disappointed and would not recommend based on this experience.
