From booking, collecting and returning the vehicle everything was super efficient. The staff were very pleasant and professional. You got the feeling of being a very valued customer not the sort of feeing you get when dealing with the bigger rental companies. For us the place is on the doorstep but I would happily travel from the bigger towns to hire from here. The vehicle was exactly what we needed at a reasonable price. We will be back again and will recommend this company to family and friends. A very big well done.

Ali and the team at RGM offer an exceptional service for van hire. They were really helpful in trying to accommodate my needs for doing a small removals job and helped me with van choice and additional advice.
They even gave me a ‘movers pack’ to help with the move which came in really useful. I highly recommend RGM Van Hire and will be using them again.

Great Experience Allround
We hired a 17str minibus for a works visit. Great experience all round. Communication was efficient and quick, friendly staff. Easy to book and make arrangements. We will probably switch to RGM for our van rentals from now on.

Excellent service from initial enquiry to drop off. Really helpful over the phone. Having changed a few details before I collected, nothing was too much trouble.
On collection, I was shown around the vehicle, completely happy and drove away.
On returning the vehicle, again really nice service.

7.5T curtain sider
We hired a 7.5T Iveco for the day, for my young son's birthday as he loves trucks, and spent the day driving round truck stops!
He had a fantastic time, smiling all the way.
The team at RGM made everything even better, beautiful location and friendly staff and a nice clean vehicle.
Easy to deal with, and great vehicle choice.
Would recommend.

Friendly and professional service from start to finish. Clean and modern vehicles, the Transit van I hired was a pleasure to drive - and economical to boot. I really can’t recommend them highly enough and will certainly return when I next need to hire a van.

Once again I needed to hire a van this…
Once again I needed to hire a van this time a 7.5 tonne. First and only call is to Richard and his team Kate and Ali at RGM. Had to change the booking a couple of times due to complications House removal but Ali at RGM is used to this and changed the booking without any issues leaving me to worry about the other things. Absolutely the nicest people to do business with.

I hired two vans for moving house and had a great experience with RGM. The whole team were so friendly and helpful and we borrowed one of the home mover kits they offer which was so useful on the day. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again if the need arose
