I purchased their crash protection products in the past and they are top quality. Dumped my bike from a stand still on loose gravel and the R&G gear saved my expense fairings and engine cases.

I needed replacement bobbins as they all got scratched in the mishap. Very fast response and shipping.

I had a need for a spare part and R&G Racing went above and beyond to provide the part and send it to me, excellent customer service and my thanks to Carl.

Purchased the R&G Brake Lever Guard for my 2020 ZX6R, which I had trouble securing to the bike properly and required an additional item to be sent out. R&G have been incredibly attentive and flawless with their customer support throughout, and kindly sent alternative options for fitting the lever guard to the bike, free or charge. A personal thanks to Carl Golds who has been dealing with this from the outset. Carl has been outstanding with their communication with me, and has advised me on issue I was having to resolve the problem at hand. I will definitely be using R&G for all future purchases for the bike.

Not a massive order. I required a pair of replacement bobbins for my Ducati 749. Carl quickly dealt with my enquiry. He told me that the items were in stock and prepared an invoice for me. I paid via PayPal. Carl then emailed to acknowledge payment and that my purchase was on its way. And supplied a tracking number. First class service, from a first class gent and company. How to make a bike look cheap buy the second skin products

I've been using R&G for protection items such as frame slider and case guards. Time and time again, these items have protected my bike from my natural ability to low side everywhere (smile). The team at R&G is always very helpful and fast with delivery anywhere in the world, in my case, the US.

Carl at R&G is very knowledgeable about bike models and what should fit. I've have shopped with them many years, buying products for a range of very different bikes. The products have lasted well. And importantly excellent customer service and the ability to return items without issue has meant that I always go direct to R&G for my initial inquiries rather than 3rd party retailers.

Great friendly service. They were happy to provide me with replacement light cap that fell off during my ride.

Can i start of by saying i have bought lots of motorcycle crash protection for various bikes over the years mostly R&G and another big U.K name. I must admit i moved away from R&G because although i never had any issues with there products or fingers crossed had to test them i preferred the finish and look of the other brand.

However recently i purchased a bike that already had R&G products fitted, some of the parts were a little shabby and rather than buying all new kits i dropped Carl an email in sales to see could i buy individual parts. He got me the replacement parts i needed with no issue’s, answered any questions i asked with quick response time and couldn't have been anymore helpful.

There is a lot to be said for good customer service and based on this experience i would gladly buy and recommended R&G products going forward. Thanks again Carl for your help 👍🏻
