My experience with Rezku is that the system is lacking in many areas. From order retrieval to driver dispatch, the system is cumbersome. The worst part was the labeling system. It printed a label for each item ordered. It would only print one label and wait for it to be removed until the next label printed. And it beeps loudly as long as there are labels in que to print. When we realized this system was costing us money via remakes and angry customers, we canceled. We were told during the sales process there was no early termination fees. That greatly influenced our decision to try the system. After we canceled, I was sent an invoice for $19,000.00 I contacted the Better Business Bureau and realized they had an "F" rating even though they advertise an "A+" rating. Then, I presume the owner, contacted me and stated he was going to pursue the $19,000 and call the FBI on me for extortion by wire or something idiotic like that.
