I have been dealing with Reynolds of Selby for over 12 years and have to say they have always been friendly and faultless in their support to me. always welcoming and ready to provide advice and guidance for those of us who need it. Extremely pleased with my recent purchase of a top quality 2nd hand car, easy and stress free. I also have family who buy and service their vehicles regularly with Reynolds.

Purchased a used Volkswagen in February this year from these guys received excellent service from both Richard and Ian extremely pleased with the vehicle would definitely recommend them and use them again

I’ve used Reynolds for over 20 years and get great service from the dedicated team who go out of their way to help. As a woman I appreciate not being patronised and I trust what they say. When it goes wrong (occasionally) they sort it out without a quibble

could not fault anything, dealt with Richard (the boss) and he was the most helpful and friendly person.
Everything was as promised on their advertising ie : Full service, full MOT and 2 years free warranty. I will definitely be returning my car to them for the next servicing and would recommend to anyone buying a second hand car

Good communication. Helpful and responsive. Excellent reputation locally. The RAC guy who carried out the pre purchase checks had used this dealership to service his own vehicle.
They provided a video of my selected vehicle showing the issues such as scratches needing attention. No issues about sorting all the issues flagged and full service provided before delivery.
And the 2 year warranty is reassuring too.

I would strongly recommend this company! I use them on a day to day basis for all Vehicles & have never had any issues. They do all of our Services, MOT's & any other repairs we could possibly need. They have friendly staff who are there to help every minute of the day, and give you advise etc. over the phone if needed. I wouldn't use anyone else after my years of dealing with them. They are a great company to work with!
