I ordered Clove Oil BP via Superdrug on 25/01.26 and it was delivered separately via Rexell. The expiry date on the bottle was 1 JAN 2026. According to Superdrug I have to contact Rexell direct but no contact information is readily available except via Superdrug.
Terrible Service - Avoid This Trader
I recently made a purchase from this trader and had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite the invoice clearly listing all the products I ordered, not all items were delivered. I have made multiple calls to resolve this issue, but every time I was either ignored or given excuses.
The worst part is that they outright refuse to issue a refund for the missing items. Their customer service is appalling and utterly unresponsive. It feels like they are intentionally avoiding dealing with the problem.
I highly advise against doing any business with this trader. They are unreliable, and their lack of professionalism is evident. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reputable seller.
