Reworked Past Treasures Myshopify Reviews 

Placed an order for 3 items, two turned up and were fine. However after a few weeks I was still waiting for the third item so contacted the seller. The first email I sent I waited 2 months for a response before I contacted the seller again. SIX TIMES I had to email the seller asking her what had happened as she would initially reply (or not reply at all) to apologise and ask for my order number etc then wouldn’t hear for weeks!! Also after my fourth email and no response from the third email I sent I was understandably annoyed from the lack of communication, Included in the responding email from the seller she said “Also please understand that I don’t mean for parcels to go missing this happens sometimes :(“, and then didn’t reply to my responding email for 2 weeks. The sixth time I demanded either the item to be re shipped or a refund as this was 4 months after the order was placed and I stated this was against trading standards. After this I received a quick response stating a refund will be placed. Terrible and unprofessional customer service. Also noticed the change of name as another reviewer has mentioned to CyberY2K fits.

Wish I could give 0 star. Business now called CYBERY2Kfits. Shocking. Please do not buy from this girl. Had so many issues… I ordered aged ago just 1 pair of cargo trousers. I received a shipping email 2 days later which I thought was amazing but I couldn’t find the tracking details on it. It approached 9 days and I had received nothing so I politely sent an email, and then a dm and I got no response, had to comment on one of her insta posts to get her to respond. She then finally replied to my dm but never answered my question about a tracking number so I had to message again. At first she said pls email us a request and I said I had emailed her ages ago so she said she would look… again no reply. From here I got suspicious, looked up the shop and found some reviews and realised she scams people and drop ships. From here I messaged again asking nicely for a refund if she cannot prove she had posted my item. She got back but gave me a random tracking number and told me it was coming. I said I would like a formal email with the tracking, expecting a proper link like normal orders would have but she just sent this random number in an email. It didn’t work right when I put it on Royal Mail either. I was so frustrated but eventually on day 15 my cargos arrived…they were thin, zip almost broken, worst quality, it was evident it was shipped from China from the labels, so disappointed, not only lying to customers on where her stock is from but scamming them into paying at least triple what it costs her to buy from probably shein or Ali-express, I paid £27 for these cargos, definitely not worth it. I’m not bothering to try get refund because I have read reviews saying they never get the refund and I can’t be bothered with more issues. Avoid at all costs. Wish I did some digging before I purchased.

Ordered 2 dresses in June which you’d expect to come together but no they came separately and both took over 10 days to arrive (which is not stated anywhere). It’s clear that they are reselling AliExpress or a Chinese manufacturer, items which are much cheaper on AliExpress I might add. When they finally did arrive they were low quality and I decided I’d return but no return address is stated anywhere on the website or socials. I’ve emailed at least 4 times in the past month to which I’ve had no response do not get scammed by them or, their efforts of rebranding to ‘CyberY2Kfits’ to avoid all the well deserved negative feedback. I’ve never written a review on anything before but thought best to aware people of the scam nature of this business. Their clearly trying to avoid me returning my items as I’ve messaged on multiple platforms and commented on posts only to have a valid question about return address deleted. Avoid anyway.

My item never arrived. They didn't reply to my email asking for an update, eventually I emailed again and they said they'd check up on it. I emailed a third time and then received an email saying it was delivered, I checked the tracking number and it led to a complete different address. Don't be scammed.

I ordered some jeans from here in January and I still don't have them, so I emailed her three times about where they were or if I could have a refund and the shop left me on read so I messaged her on instagram and the same thing happened. I wouldn't waste my own hard earned money on this shop ever again.

Straight after ordering I saw the exact same items on depop and realised everything was drop shipped. I emailed to ask for a cancellation and was ignored. The items then arrived and were terrible quality so I’ve been trying to return them for days without any response. I only got a reply today after telling people the truth about the company in their Instagram comments (my comments have since been deleted btw). I’m convinced the positive reviews on here are fake tbh, specially the ones saying customer service was good. It feels particularly malicious because the seller is clearly marketing their clothing towards teenagers who are trying to shop more sustainably. Honestly even one star feels generous, please save your money and spend it somewhere else.

All of the clothes are stolen designs and are on aliexpress, amazon, shein etc. Don’t get scammed

They call themselves "cyberY2Kfits" now, trying to rebrand.

As has already been said, they buy their products from AliExpress and sell them for triple that.

If you ordered there, try asking for a refund in their Instagram comments. They are more likely to answer, because others can read it.

Thought I was supporting a small business until items came with aliexpress tags! I was missing an item so the seller gave me a reference for Royal Mail and guess what? I didn’t exist!! No reply when asking for a refund. Would not recommend

Ordered a pair of jeans, they took over 50 days to arrive, and in that time I found out she was drop shipping, extremely disappointed :(

i ordered jeans from her for christmas took 2 months to come bare in mind we both live in england she said she makes them all i found out she got it from aliexpress avoid them shop

Drop ships AliExpress clothes for extortionate prices … definitely far from sustainable, avoid!

Dropshipper lying to customers, pretending to sell vintage reworked pieces. You can find their clothes for WAY cheaper on places like aliexpress. Please avoid!!!

She buys all her clothes off AliExpress, which completely goes against her ‘sustainable, made to order, reworked’ brand. She then sells them for 2x the price whilst claiming that they are affordable and good quality (spoiler: they are neither). If you’re going to spend your money on unethical, unsustainable shopping then you might as well buy it straight of AliExpress and not from this scammer. Better if you spend your money on something actually sustainable (but get this isn’t always affordable). Don’t let this girl scam you of your money

Don’t waste ur money all her clothes are on Amazon, aliexpress ect,
I ordered a top and it then became clear she was using Ali express she told me 7/10 business days to process and another 10 days to reach me. (She’s in England I’m in Ireland so this also doesn’t make sense even with brexit) now the package is lost and she’s no help. Don’t waste ur money the halter I ordered is available on Amazon for around €6 while on her site it’s around €35.
Really disappointing.
Also Told her I wasn’t happy that her clothing was on AliExpress / Amazon and she accused me of lying about my parcel not arriving. After I sent a picture of the same top she has from Amazon she started changing her mind and trying to be nice. Telling me it was a popular wholesaler.
Do not waste ur time or money
She has also blocked me on all social media. She’s deleting all negative reviews of her products from her page. She’s also writing fake reviews here. U can see Sophie Millard wrote a review (this is the name of the ‘model/ brand ambassador ). I never received my order and have been blocked on everything. I commented under the modes page but she wrote a rude response before deleting my comment. Now she’s ‘rebranding’.

Terrible Experience. Unfortunately this store is selling items from large wholesale shops in China. The items are available on the website Alliexpress for at least 70% cheaper then advertised. I waited months for items to arrive and some didn't either come. Please avoid this shop at all costs. Its such an absolute nightmare, she never reply's to emails either. I'm very skeptical of the positive reviews here

Terrible experience with this company. It has been nearly 6 months since my order and I haven’t received three of my items and the owner keeps avoiding sending me a refund for these items. Also, it was never mentioned that all the items come from secondary suppliers, all from China, therefore each items comes individually with no physical contact from Reworked Past Treasures themselves. I placed my order in December 2020 and there’s been no clear reasoning for me not having received items that i paid for or why i have not been refunded. One of the worse online shopping experiences.

Ordered 2 tops; one came about 2 months later and then a month after that they sent me the wrong top. Tried to contact them and took ages for a response they said they’d send me the top id ordered but still haven’t heard from them since
