Swimming - (Distance open water down to short course pool).
After transitioning from the Open Water 5K to 1500m in the pool at the Masters National Championships, Ethan shared a valuable insight as to how I may improve my breakout on turns. That coupled with a bespoke set of land-training exercises to improve my overall strength, especially legs, helped prepare me for an improved performance this weekend at the South Yorshire gala.
Thanks to Vivi for the best protein supplement nutrition advice too. Combining these elements aided me in bagging two silvers (400m & 200m) and a gold in the 100m freestyle.
