The delivery service was terrible. The website showed one delivery date, but when it went to the delivery point, it added more days, took a long time to arrive, and when I asked to cancel, they wanted a refund. I'll never buy anything from them again.
So this is for all the people out there to know to stay away from them please!!
So I had a fight with them since April to get a deal canceled. The sales rep who phoned me said that I have 14 days to cancel if I'm not happy with the product. Please note this was not a contract cancelation this was a deal cancelation which I did within the 14 days time frame given to me. First month the deducted R1000 second month R2000 and the 3d month they took my whole month salary 😡😡😡with no regard to my finances, I couldn't buy food or pay bills😡So I took them to hellopeter which helped a bit but with no results. They promised me my full refund and I even got and sms and message on hellopeter proving it. I am still waiting for my money from these lying dishonest sharks😡😡 they even ignore me on hellopeter now. Not 1 response since 27 August 2024.
Im really tired of big companies doing as they please and getting away with it😡 so many innocent people go through the same thing. It's time we show them without us they will fold.!!
