I signed up to a new mobile phone contract with EE for the google Pixel 10 XL. An added bonus of this was the offer they were running for a free new Google Pixel Watch. I ordered the Google Pixel Watch 3 LTE. Not only have i had to wait over 2 months for delivery, the model i wanted is now not available... SURPRISE SURPRISE.
I have been sent the WIFI model which i did not want. There is NOT a shortage of this watch. infact there is lots of stock available all over the internet. They just didnt want to send the LTE version out. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Scammers

Would rate zero if I could.
Purchased a new phone because it was in a bundle offer. Followed the instructions to wait 14 days until I claimed my item only to be told this was no longer valid!!!
When challenged with the company they advised there were only a select amount of items, which was not specified anywhere when I purchased the phone and have not given me any information to raise a dispute but instead keep sending me copy and paste responses.
Contacted EE who also advised they did not know about the limit and that instead they received notification from the company that the promotion had been pulled early due to unforseen circumstances!
Do not trust this company!!!

What an absolute con of a company. I followed all the terms to get my reward, a reward which swayed my decision to purchase this phone and then was told that they had run out. Terms which were not made clear to me upon purchase. I have been tricked through this promotion to purchase a phone and wait longer than the cancellation period to then not receive the reward. Furthermore, when contacting customer service, simply getting copy and pasted responses show how little regard they have for the general public.

I bought myself an Pixel 10 Pro Xl for 1300 Euro because google had a promo that they pay you 250 Euro for your old phone. My "old phone" was a Samsung S8 in absolutely new conditions, not a single scratch or anything else and was used til the day before i sent it to rewards-promo. 4 weeks and 3 mails asking what is wrong with my case, i got told that i wouldn't receive anything because my phone was broken..after i asked how this is possible they sent me a picture of a totally shredded phone - mine. It is unbelievable, they destroyed my phone. It will have consequences since i will bring it as soon as it comes back to an attourney but be warned if you got promised a promo.
