Don't use Revvi

Do not and mean do not with my whole chest use revvi. You'll use $50 right out the door on your credit line. You will not receive your full line of credit. They'll try and spin how your charged. They'll refuse to acknowledge that their not giving the full line of credit.
Save yourself the $100 act fee. Definitely does not improve your credit.

If I could give this company a zero star I would love that. These people are rude, they took my $95 and if I didn't call were going to probably keep it after approving me then all of sudden I'm denied what kind of business you running!!!! Beware of this company, if I was you I'd look around for more reputable companies!!!!!

Zero stars!

Zero stars! I've only had this card a few months, and every time I make a payment it takes days for it to reflect on my account. Then for some unknown reason when j go to use my card it gets declined. On the app it shows my payment, but my available credit is 0.
Customer service is a joke! You have to press 1 for english, only to get an agent who barely speaks it.

Horrible

Horrible. Had this card for 5 years. Never a late payment. Helped build my credit into 700s. Kept balance at 0 by end of each month. Didn’t use it for six months (but made sure to pay the $6 monthly charge each month) and they closed my account which caused my credit score to lose over 100 points because of how the report the account closed to credit bureau

DON'T GET THIS CARD!!

DON'T GET THIS CARD!!! My cousin paid a high deposit for the card, high interest rate, and a yearly fee to get this card. He was trying to build credit and this one was easy to get. The first month after he received the card, he made the first payment, but the payment just disappeared. When he was told that his payment was late and a fee had been assessed, He called customer service to have the fee waived. It happened again on the second month. Even though he had plenty of funds and his bank approved all his other transactions, for some reason, REVVI didn't accept the payment from a major bank. They tried to blame it on him again. They made no attempt to let him know that his payment had not gone through. So shady.

The review should have been zero but it…

The review should have been zero but it only went down to a one. Revvi approved me for a credit card sent the card accepted my $95 fee then emailed a letter saying they could not approve me because of failed deposit attempts after they took the $95 from my amount. I called them and they said well that is the decision so you will have to wait 7-10 days for a refund. They were very rude and short on the phone and somewhat disrespectful. I am also going to contact the attorney generals office if Georgia to let them know if their fraudulent and deceptive practices so if anyone else has had trouble with revvi please contact your attorney generals office, social media, and news outlets to get the word out. They already charge way to much interest and now they want to hold our money hostage until they feel like giving it back even after approving the credit card. How insane are these people?

This card is pure crap

This card is pure crap, do not get this card it’s a pure scam. It advertises as if it’s a credit rebuilding card which is a complete hoax. I have had this card for years paid on time for years and you will never receive a credit increase. They will keep collecting fees and I mean heavy fees. I’m really glad I didn’t get an increase because I can do away with this trash card at any time considering I only received 300 dollars. Stay far away from this card I personally believe it’s a person that invested 5000 dollars. Do your self a favor and stay far away from this card. They don’t have a 1 star for a reason!

Fleecing of your wallet

Asked for a credit increase after 4 years of not missing one payment. Only had 300.00 credit limit....In order to increase your credit line, they will charge you 20% of the total they increased your account to and charge this on your card. Needless to say, I paid the card off and closed my account immediately.... I do not recommend unless you want to throw away money.....

I had the card for about 1 year & 9 months
Just closed it, got it when I messed my credit up now I’m recovering, this is probably the worst subprime card on the market. My card didn’t take tap pay, no chip, it would decline when I try to get gas. Annual fee, monthly fee, just fees everywhere. Customer service is horrible. Glad I closed that card, I don’t not recommend at all

always charging me for something and…

always charging me for something and then it takes months to undo. even if i pay early, they say it's late. can't win. IF you lose a card and you don't have your card number, they can't help you and they will apply fee to your OLD card and NEW card will immediately be LATE FEE because the payment was not applied to it. EVEN though, you don't know your card, because they hadn't sent it yet

STILL GETTING THE RUN AROUND AFTER 2 MONTHS

I paid the program fee December 19th 2025. Did not receive the card; I waited until after the new year to call, because I felt it was fair to take the holidays into consideration. I called on January 3rd, 2026. I was on hold for the better part of a *45 minute* phone call during which the heavily-accented woman kept coming back to say "I'm almost done filling out the form" to cancel the current card and send a new one.

Fast forward to FEBUARY 21st when I got a BILL in the mail for the yearly fee - for a CARD I DONT EVEN HAVE YET. I called again, very angry, wanting to know where the hell my card is!! I am depending on it to get my cat to his Cardiolost on 2/27/26, and it's medically important that I do so!

I was then told they would once again cancel the card that was previously sent and send a new one. I asked for it to be expedited- and even explained why I medically need it ASAP- and they said they can for a $35 fee. ABSOLUTELY NOT. Thankfully after me yelling for a while they put me through to a higher up who waived the fee and said I should be receiving the card in 2-3 business days.
I also made sure they knew I would not be paying a bill for a freaking card I don't have yet, and that they better not be reporting any missed payments.
We will see...... stay tuned.

This is this worst CC of all time

This is this worst CC of all time. My wife opened it up before my divorce. It took a month to get my late fees reversed and I told them I would pay the balance once late fees were takin off. They finally got back to me and said they would take them off and I paid the balance. That same night they said I passed the time and added another late fee after the ran my card. Customer service is absolutely garbage. Takes sometimes a month to process a payment. I would never get one on my own. The only reason I didn’t close it was because I’m buying g a house and it would hurt me. F REVVI CC

This company sucks

This company sucks. I have had this card for about 5 years and still at the same $300 limit. I have asked for increases and get the runaround. They say do this and do that and then you get a letter saying they denied the increase. I was told that I couldn't get an increase because I don't keep enough credit on the card. I asked them how do they think I can keep credit on a card that only has $300. I am to the point of considering just not paying them at all. My payment is $41 a month and I pay no less than $60 and I NEVER miss a payment. I definitely WOULD NOT recommend anyone to get a card from here.

Revvi is the absolute worst

Revvi is the absolute worst credit card. The way they handle business is unheard of. I used this credit card twice in one month and made payments each time right away thinking I’m doing the responsible thing —only to have my account restricted for the dumbest reason ever… Because I paid my card off in full, too frequently.

There was no sort of communication. No email, no phone call, or text. When I called to find out what was going on, customer service asked me to send my bank statement and a bank letter and to make sure my account number and routing was available on the documents just to prove my account is legitimate and that the account used to pay the bill belongs to me. Now I feel like I’m being scammed, as if they are trying to hack my bank account or something. They already have my social security number, birthdate and address when I originally applied for the credit card. My mind can’t stop racing thinking about what type of fraud this can possibly be. This is absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary stress all because I paid my bill on time.

Run away from this company, don’t recommend this company to anyone. Something is not right with this company.

This card company stay away from

This card company stay away from. They charge you fees right off the bat that says yearly and the when your payment is due if you pay it on the date you better have it in before 5pm cst or you get a late fee. The company fails to realize people work til 5 pm. Any company I’ve dealt with is 6 or 7pm. Customer service sucks too

It has been taken out of my account and all they can say is sorry it's nothing they can do.Will never use this card again and don't recommend it. Was only trying to get my finances back on track

Unfavorable process

I received the card and attempted to activate if, paid the $95, it showed me the credit line, and when I tried to log in again, the system did not allow me to get the code to my phone and also my email address. It kept saying "Error
You can’t send a One-Time Passcode at the moment." I tried it several times and kept getting that error message. So I contacted the customer service rep. I was told that my card is halfway activated even when it was activated. So, I told them to cancel my account and delete all my personal info. I requested to get reimbursed for the activation fee of $95 and will receive it in 7 to 10 days. I asked why? I was told it's their procedure. I said it took a few seconds to take my money, now it will take them 7 to 10 days to get it. What a crappy system. Don't get this card or any other cards under this business.

This is the worst credit card company…

This is the worst credit card company EVER at one point I paid them off, then I had to wait MONTHS to have access to my credit line. They kept saying it would show up soon. They then said I had to send proof that I made the payment from my account. Even though it had already cleared. Now fast forward to today, I haven't been able to log in for days, they say they are aware of a issue with the app, give me a site to go pay and it says it can't process my request. So then they tell me they will take my payment over the phone for a $10 fee.
