Would give zero stars if possible

Would give zero stars if possible. I ordered an electric motorcycle on 11/25 so they would have time to deliver by Christmas. WRONG! They didn’t even have the bike in stock. The company is a disaster. They are eager to take your order but have virtually no customer service. You literally CAN NOT call and speak with anyone. You can leave a message or submit an online help form. I did this at least a hundred times, maybe received 3 responses. When the incompetent employees did try to help, they simply lied and made false promises that they couldn’t keep. Pathetic. My order is finally on its way and will arrive 12-30. Almost 6 weeks later. What a nightmare.

Avoid RevRides

I am writing this review after weeks of repeated attempts to get a straight answer about the status of my order, and after ultimately having to cancel it due to the company’s inability to provide accurate or consistent information.

When I purchased the bike, the product listing stated: “on its way to Rev Rides, ships to you Nov 20!” I placed my order on November 25th, making the stated shipping date confusing and misleading. Because their phone lines were closed, I reached out through the online request form for clarification. Marielle responded, saying a shipment of bikes was expected during the week of November 26 and that the warehouse would ship orders right away. That sounded reassuring at the time.

After receiving no update, I reached out again on December 2nd. Vincent replied and told me he had checked on my order, that the warehouse would ship the bike “first thing the next morning,” and that I would receive tracking information afterward.

That tracking information never came.

Still without any update, I contacted them again on December 8th. On December 10th, AJ responded, saying he appreciated my patience and acknowledged how confusing the delays must have been. He stated that he had left me a voicemail explaining that most Vetra Blazers had shipped, but upon reviewing my order, he confirmed there was still no tracking number associated with it. He said he would check directly with their fulfillment manager to verify the exact status of my shipment and that he would update me “right away.”

No follow-up from AJ ever came.

At every step of this process, I received information that was contradictory, incomplete, or simply incorrect. Not one person provided a firm or accurate update. After weeks of being misled and left without answers, I ultimately canceled the order and requested a refund for the accessories I had purchased in anticipation of receiving the bike.

The lack of transparency, follow-through, and basic customer service has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable communication or trustworthy order handling.

Did not come as listed

I purchased an Eridepro Sr last year and it was advertised with the long seat which I did not receive after having to wait two months. Now im being told im not eligible and that it wasn't an option. But after finding 5 to 10 screenshots confirming my claims I still have not received a clear answer. Every time I showed proof it turns into a different reason.

customer service is terrible i would…

customer service is terrible i would not use this company again or recommend them. i purchased an eride pro sr, the instructional video did not mention to remove brake plungers, so i drove the bike and immediately the back brake started on fire because it was touching while riding. i sent in my info asked for a replacement, and was told my info was not enough for them to send it in to the company for a warranty. i will not be spending money with them again.

Terrible website

Terrible website, I purchased an ebike it gets flagged for fraud??? Weird! They took the money out of my bank account and the ID connected with the business card is obviously different than whats on the card. They refuse to accept it as validation and now they cancelled my ordered and im out of $5500 right after they cancelled my order they bumped the price up of the bike I wanted in hopes I would purchase it again. BEWARE AND DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Sent last year's model, was a down grade for the same price.

Ordered an emoto, they sent me last year's model, basically everything has upgraded and improved for the next year. Took weeks to get responses, and nothing was resolved. Buy straight from the manufacturers sites instead, you get better service and the latest model that way. I ordered 2 other bikes from the manufacturer no issues like this. When I'm spending almost 4k on a bike you'd better do better than this.

$800 Scooter Collecting Dust Now

Spent $800 on a Vsett 8 scooter for my college-age daughter. Ten months later the problems began. For no apparent reason the scooter stopped shifting into higher gears (2 & 3)—she was stuck in the lowest gear (1) unable to go more than 5 mph. We contacted REV Rides and spent countless hours and hundreds of dollars on replacement parts and costly repairs to no avail.

While it was nice to be able to talk to the warranty manager (Adrian) at REV Rides to help us diagnose the problem, nothing that was recommended, including the replacement parts, could fix the problem. The scooter is now sitting in my garage collecting dust.

Beyond frustrating and a complete waste of time and money. Replacing the scooter would have been the right thing to do and would have saved months of time and money but RevRides refuses to do so.

Yikes!!

I ordered a stem lock from their website on March 22 and it was delivered on March 27. The shipping time was exactly as they stated however, I was still pleased that the item was delivered on time. I realized that I had ordered the incorrect stem lock (no fender mount), I reached out to the company to go about starting a return. Unfortunately from the time I sent my 1st email with photos trying to initiate the return (per their policy), it took 3 business days for them to simply respond and confirm that the item was acceptable to be returned in its unopened package. I rushed over to UPS to send out the package ASAP as the process had already been delayed more than I would have liked. I opted for the cheapest shipping with a tracking number. My return was then delivered to REV Rides on April 2. I waited a few days to ensure that they had actually received the item, hoping that I would possibly receive a notice or some form of communication. Unfortunately not. I reached out to the company on Monday April 7th confirming the item has been received by them. I just received my first response from REV Rides today (4/10), stating: "they have been actively searching for your package over the last few days. Unfortunately they haven't been able to locate it yet, but they are continuing to monitor the situation..."

So essentially, they lost my package sometime after the delivery date of 4/2 and chose to ignore my first emailed communication for multiple days. Thankfully the stem lock is not an expensive part however, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and furthermore the lack of organization from them. I am fully aware that I ordered the incorrect stem lock, nonetheless this is not the type of customer service that I would expect for a simple hands off return. Especially considering they did not need to create a return label or anything- I had to pay for return shipping. Make sure you order the correct item but more importantly - SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!

Dealing w/ RevRides was a Nightmare!!

Dealing with Rev Rides was an absolute nightmare. On December 2nd, I ordered a gray 18” e-bike as a Christmas gift for my 8 y/o. It still had not shipped on 12/10, so I emailed them (it’s not possible to contact them via phone, which I find very concerning). They responded and said it would be shipped directly by Voltaic, not from them (why do they not disclose that they aren’t actually the ones supplying their bikes?!) but that they would check on my order. It was finally shipped 12/11, but didn’t get delivered until 12/23 (3 weeks after ordering!) I went to put it together the following day, Christmas Eve, and guess what? They sent me the wrong bike, a 16” instead of the 18” I ordered. So now my kid doesn’t have a bike for Christmas, talk about heartbroken! I emailed customer service to inform them; they give me the run-around for 2 weeks, saying they’re looking into the mistake. They finally provide me with return label on 1/8, but inform me that they don’t have the gray bike in stock now so I just have to be refunded. They received my return on 1/15, and AJ called me, saying that they now have the red 18” in stock and can ship it to me this week, which I agree to; I had to jump through some refund & reorder hoops, but my order for the red 18” was confirmed on 1/16. They never shipped it. The following week, I contacted them several times, they kept saying it would be shipped soon. On 1/24, I noticed my order details on the Shop app had changed from a red 18” back to a gray one, which I was fine with. It still had not shipped on 1/27, so I messaged their facebook page and asked them to call me; Marcus called and informed me that the red one was out of stock, but confirmed that they had the gray one and it would be shipping out today. It never shipped. I messaged him again on 1/28, Marcus said the warehouse got busy due to a last minute delivery, but would call them to see what he could do. A few hours later, AJ called and said the warehouse had shipped all the remaining 18” bikes out to other customers and wouldn’t have any more in stock for possibly a couple months. So after nearly 2 months of trying to get a bike, I was back at square one. Needless to say, I was furious. Rev Rides is an absolute joke with terrible customer service. I found another supplier in Illinois who had one shipped within 24 hours. I highly recommend you avoid the frustration of ordering from Rev Rides!

I pre-ordered the new Altis Sigma from…

My first impression wasn’t good. They don’t have a working phone line, and the left hand doesn’t communicate with the right. However, I do believe they have good intentions and I was eventually contacted by someone who could help and the expedited my issue and resolved it. Overall I’m happy and would like to see their phone line back up so customer service inquiries don’t go to bots or employees that won’t see it thru.
