More compassion needed

Similar to another review, I attended at Revolutionstudio for approxa year doing reformer pilates classes - not cheap!
I fell out with the dog and tore my ankle ligament, making me unable to walk for 8-12 weeks.
I had just paid my membership for the month. I emailed, explained my situation & asked if my payment cold be refunded until I was fit to return, I was told no & it could be used for my first month back. It would encourage me to get back into the classes.
They said no & did not appear to take account of circumstances & no flexibility re. terms & conditions.
I love these classes, but I have only just got back on my feet and still needed another few weeks due to the classes being so high impact. There is 0 help or sympathy to customers in situations like these - very poor from an otherwise good company.

Customer focus lacking at times

I attended at Revolutionstudio for over a year doing both spin & reformer pilates classes.
I slipped on black ice & broke my elbow in the January & required surgery.
I had just paid my spin membership for the month. I emailed, explained my situation & asked if my payment cold be 'held' until I was fit to return & used for my first month back. It would encourage me to 'get back to spin' & retain a long term customer.
They said no & did not appear to take account of circumstances & no flexibility re. terms & conditions.
I finally got back to a spin bike in March but sadly not with Revolutionstudio.
A time when a customer needed a bit of support & understanding.

Lack of Information and Inflexible Policy

Unfortunately, a terrible experience during the first class, which didn’t even take place. I used to do spin at another location where they provided the appropriate shoes for the bike. Here, they don’t have them, I wasn’t informed, and I didn’t have the proper shoes with me. I wasn’t allowed to use the credit for another class or another day. The instruction email for the first class didn’t mention anything about shoes. I hope they make good use of the 50 pounds I spent on the Black Friday combo because I’m never setting foot in that place again.
