Amazing service every time. TK and Niko are kind, extremely conscientious and transparent - charging very fair prices for branded products which are safe for your device. They also take time clearly explain things and offer valuable advice. I’m very grateful that they are here for me.

well, whatever I write could not do enough justice to these talented, knowledgeable people. Managed to save footage from my phone of video footage from my doorbell,of a theft after the phone died a death. I am not at all technical, in fact useless, and lilli was so patient, and the young man very talented. I also managed to get a very reasonably priced refurbished phone with 12months warranty. They set everything up, and nothing is too much trouble. Will never go anywhere else.

TK has been really helpful over the years, from sourcing a good deal on a refurbished phone to providing solid advice about laptops and tablets.

Incredible service! I took my new-ish laptop in when it died out of the blue, and I thought I’d lost everything - not only did they calmly talk me down from the edge of a breakdown, they managed to fix the laptop and recover everything on it. I won’t pretend to know what kind of wizardry goes on behind those doors, all I know is that they work miracles.

Revive My Device helped me when I had fallen for a scam this week. I felt utterly stupid and I was in a blind panic. Niko and TK were on hand to help me within half an hour. I then went back for tech support when they should have been going home after a busy day.
