No Customer Service, Scam Website!
What an absolute terrible company, zero customer service and like everyone else says, Scam!!!!
My husband placed an order almost a YEAR ago. Order #ZB2464.
We have not received the item we ordered, nor have we heard back at all from their team to all the MANY, MANY emails we have both sent.
This is extremely disappointing and frustrating, as we don't understand why the package has NOT come yet after almost a YEAR of waiting and why we haven't been been refunded either!
We have been very patient with all of this, but at this point, we 100 percent know this is a scam and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as they cant even reply to a basic email.
