Stay away from this company. They made an error on an order and refused to refund or correct it. Further more they said if we reported the matter to PayPal for a refund they would remove all reviews.... See more

One thing I'd like to say is dont trust the fake 5 stars! If you dont want to lose your money on the endless back and forth with this reviewer, just stay away from it. There are a lot of excellent reviewers you could find online. Just STAY away from this one. Trust me, and you dont want to spend tons of time trying to get your money back from the lying reviewer

I would give a -1 star if possible. Trust me, dont use it!!! Dont believe all the positive reviews, probably the high star reviews are also from someone they hire. Very dishonest and rude. Trust me, only 20% of your reviews will be delivered in maybe a month or so!

Good Service
I really wanted to understand what users truly feel about my App. I used all competitors and they were so bad, all reviews were a complete mess with horrible English. Reviews coming in from here were very well done and helped me truly understand what users genuinely feel about the App. We keep using this after every update to get real feedback.

Great experience
A truly wonderful experience. I wanted to increase the number of reviews and assigned them for the job. Their support is fast and responsive and got the job done instantly. They constantly kept delivering as required and I have since then kept renewing with them.

You work for what you pay for
Used the service once and got 10 reviews in 1-2 weeks after some persistence. Used it again for more, and they did complete the job but only after several emails to nudge them along. When asking why reviews weren't being posted, they either did not respond, promised I would have results in 24 hours (false) or some other strange explanation like the reviews were posted in the Mexican iTunes store by mistake.
I can only recommend using RR if you find a 3-4 week delay in delivery acceptable and if you have the patience to email customer service repeatedly to get all of your reviews posted.

Total scam, don't waste your time
Terrible! Complete scam, I did numerous reviews for them and they never would pay out. They still owe me $24 which I'm sure I'll ever see. They just scam app developers and app reviewers out of money

Beware of the scammers!
Just wanted to post this review because of my recent unpleasant experience. I paid this company for 10 app reviews. Their premise is they deliver your app to their users and you get reviews by actual people. But the reality is this is just a scam. After 3 weeks they did nothing. Initially their support is very fast and responsive to lure you in. But then you realise they just take your money, do nothing in return and completely ignore you from them on. So beware that this is just a scam and just stay away.
