I was qualified to test Lumene and then review it. The scheme itself is to buy the product and get money back. This was on the 28th of November when they announced that the refund was on its way but I have not received a refund. They hardly respond to emails and only say that they will check with their financial staff and refund only IF the amount is returned to them. Really bad and I will end my collaboration with them!!

Review Club is a platform that connects various brands with consumers, providing valuable feedback and insights while offering participants the chance to try out new items for free or at a discounted price. I have been a member for about 2 years and during this time I have tried and tested so many products some of which I had to keep for free and some I purchased at a huge discounted price. The team are very helpful and efficient whenever you might need their assistance.
I love this website and I can say that this is by far the best product review site EVER and I’m glad I can be a part of. I highly recommend this service to everyone who is interested to try and test new products.

I once held ReviewClub in high regard, frequently utilising their platform to test and provide insightful feedback on various products. It was a service that was both exceptional and enjoyable. However, following its acquisition and subsequent changes, the experience has devolved into a series of frustrations.

My recent ordeal involved a cumbersome and sizeable item I was tasked with testing. The absence of a straightforward return option was perplexing, and I was unaware that their return policy was rigidly tied to a specific provider. Upon informing their customer service that the nearest return facility was an arduous one-hour drive each way, I was met with a shockingly indifferent response: “We don’t care, your problem.”

This dismissive attitude means I am now compelled to undertake a two-hour round trip solely to return this cumbersome item, which is an enormous inconvenience. The company’s former dedication to customer satisfaction appears to have evaporated, leaving behind a service that is markedly substandard. The once extraordinary ReviewClub has regrettably deteriorated into a service that borders on uselessness.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this decline in quality leads to their eventual disappearance. What was once a beacon of excellent service and customer care has been unceremoniously reduced to a shadow of its former self. It’s truly disheartening to witness such a rapid and drastic downfall. My advice to prospective users: steer clear and save yourself the disappointment.

I really like Review Club. This is an amazing opportunity to test products and share honest opinions. Almost all the products that I have received and tested through the company are now some of my preferred products.

Absolutely fantastic company to review products for. New innovative items come frequently and Ema Calistroni who books the reviews and dispatch is very professional and responds quickly.

The purchasing platform is clear and easy to use also.

I’ve have been with review club for a good 2 years now, I have had multiple products from them and haven’t been disappointed and I have kept every item wether it’s free or have a to pay for the item after a huge discount but all is made clear at the beginning of each campaign and if you don’t like the product you can just return the item free of charge. The team and Ema are always helpful and just a message away. I recommend this service to everyone who wants to test products before they purchase or just to discover new items!

I love reviewclub and reviewing their products. The application form is easy and there is such a wide ride of products. Great customer service too, especially from Ema. I have tested dishwashers, car seats, headphone and much more. Overall I love it and would highly recommend!

It's a scam. They promise free products for testing, then they send you the item and expect you to pay 50% of the item price to keep it or pay 25% of the item price to return it back. Also if the item is not in pristine shape anymore, they charge even more.

Terrible. Won't let me register. It won't send me activation code,even though i tried for weeks. Also customer service tried to help but failed. Not good !

Having been part of the review team & being given the chance to test & review products is amazing . The company are always available to help if you have any issues . But with testing on so many items & categories it's amazing as you can select what you would like to test & review, and review club uk make the final decision on whom is testing what,when,etc you are given the option of purchasing the item your review & testing at a discounted rate . Review club uk are simply amazing & I'm seriously excited to be part of the team . You cannot go wrong

This site is absolutely excellent, and I've had loads of great products from them. Maxi-Cosi, Miele and Vogel, all products are genuine and the prices are a fraction of the RRP.

don't buy their products. if the product is broken within the warranty they don't do anything about it.

i bought a Google nest hub from them. It broke down 4 weeks ago, within the warranty.

I have written to them several times the last 4 weeks. but the doesn't do anything about the issue they just write a lot of bad excuses.

I've been accused of stealing products that the review's Campaign manager gave me after i had made a mistake in measurements. It began with a communicated email to the Campaign manager, that the shipping label wasn't present and that i was more than happy to return both the goods due to a mistake i had made with the sizes but the Campaign Manager insisted by email "i keep the goods". As i had no use for them having incorrectly measured my bike, i gave the items away for a charity raffle. Having logged onto my account recently to see why i hadn't been asked to test anything since, and to see if i had been awarded any further tests, i was mortified at being labelled a thief. GOODS STOLEN. I made immediate contact with the Campaign Manager and explained that i had her contact and email proof that i had been allowed to keep the goods. The very same
Campaign manager then explained a completely different scenario that perhaps would "normally happen", and told me to return the items immediately basically calling me a thief. I then emailed back explaining to the Campaign manager, her own "typed" words, for her to then agree and apologise but blame the technology. I am furious with being accused in such a way and would urge people to check and re-check with Campaign managers as they don't seem to recall email conversations very easily. Be very careful accepting goods from them and if you do ensure you have written proof as i did. I'm grateful for the goods given to me but am generally upset by ReviewClub uk treatment whilst trying to obtain a formal complaint into a serious allegation. UPDATE 14/03/2022 No further campaign acceptance after leaving the above review.

Bad communication.
Trying to return something I BOUGHT, cause it didn’t work from the start.
IMPOSSIBLE.. They just don’t respond or say you have to mail someone else. So annoying. Cost me over €100,-.
I just want a refund but it seems impossible. F-ing scam

Don't bother. Harvesting all your data - including photo ID - to put in free reviews for products that you don't even keep.

Misleading and bordering a scam.

Rubbish company... They hound you and hound you and their staff are awfully rude... Explained circumstances surrounding a late return and they were just awful.

Awful site. They expect you to give items back in perfect condition, boxing etc even though they put no effort at all into postage themselves

Go to home tester club, which let's you keep products for free and are not a scam

Company decided to go ahead with this even though it was lockdown. I'm disabled and my care was trashed by lockdown. The item sent never worked, didn't have a charging lead with it and had no return label or instructions. I had huge difficulty returning it, I told them it was a nightmare, managed to find a person to return it but without instructions that took longer than it should. Then their relative was taken ill with COVID symptoms before they could get it in the post. I've now been charged for a broken unit that never worked, that I never got to test, that I couldn't send back because of the physical difficulties doing things due to lockdown. Their also never gave me a time limit for returning, if the lady helping had know we only had x days, she would have tried harder but we didn't. They'll have to have it at £1 a month because I'm not starving myself to pay full price for an item that never ever worked - and they still insisted I review!

Great opportunity to try top quality products for free before buying and how exciting is it to try top items in general ,
Also have the opportunity to purchase at a discounted price ,
Can not complain about anything as it states it all in the terms really before applying
