Extremely misleading

I ordered a pair of jeans for my daughter on Dec 1 and haven’t received updates since then. I finally emailed them on the 23rd and they responded with the same canned message about the product being custom and should ship in 1-3 weeks. Now my daughter is back at school and it will on my dime to ship them to her. I saw someone suggest threatening a chargeback, which is my next step. Otherwise, at this rate, it will be summer by the time she gets a chance to wear them.

The customer service is crappy… after…

The customer service is crappy… after finding out that shipping wouldn’t come until after Christmas… I had sent multiple emails asking to change the shipping address as my daughter is away at school…. No response from them at all… for the amount of money paid with all the extra fees and exchange rate I would expect better service.. this company sucks don’t order from them

AVOID

AVOID! Save yourself the headache. If you run into any issues at all, you are cooked! It takes forever to receive the order. Then, I had to return two items because the sizing was completely off. Their website says you can return for store credit but keep in mind you'll have to pay for all return shipping yourself too. My Fed Ex tracking showed that my returns were delivered back to them. It's been almost a month and I have not gotten any information about how to get my store credit. There is no way to contact anyone. The Chat feature is useless since no one responds. Same for email. There is no number to call either. Basically, they just pocketed my money never to be heard from again.

Ordered 2 pairs of pants over a month…

Ordered 2 pairs of pants over a month ago, still haven’t received so much as a shipping date. Customer service is impossible to get a hold of. Sent inquiry on 12/17 and still have not received a response. *My items were not “pre-order” and should have shipped out within their standard shipping times. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.

Love Revice Jeans!

The quality of material is great and the product looks exactly as pictured. The only downfall is if its not in stock they give you a expected delivery date, but it usually comes 2 to 3 months after that date. They don't contact you to let you know or update you so you have to be on it to receive any information. I gave it 4 stars because I really love their products but you have to be willing to wait if its not in stock. I've purchased from them on 3-4 times.

no refunds

no refunds. i returned my order back in November, for store credit. nothing yet. no confirmation of any type of store credit. no easy way to contact the company. the denim was ridiculous looking on. i’m 5’3 and i would have had to hem the bottoms. i don’t have time for that. so i wanted to return them. i also had to pay for return shipping.

I should have read reviews before…

I should have read reviews before purchasing because I have had exactly the same experience! The only reason I am now looking up reviews is because it is feeling like a scam company. I did receive one of the three items (phew) and bought it for a gift, but one got sent to the wrong town about an hour and 30 min north of me(how does that happen?) and return was initiated. The other item ordered 3 weeks ago hasn't even shipped. Customer service...still no answer. I would not purchase from them again due to lack of transparency on shipping and arrival times and non existent customer service. The reason I gave it a two star is because I did receive one of the three pairs of jeans I ordered, otherwise it would have been one star.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Revice Denim’s customer service. I have been trying to get help since December 26, 2025 regarding a simple size exchange for pants that were purchased as a Christmas gift. The item was never worn, still has tags attached, and was only opened on Christmas Day.
Despite sending multiple emails and chat messages, clearly explaining my situation each time, I repeatedly received automated responses or messages asking how they could help—without anyone actually reading or addressing my request. On two occasions, a representative joined the chat and then immediately ended the conversation, stating that I had “stepped away,” even though I was actively trying to communicate.
This was my first purchase from Revice Denim, and unfortunately the lack of response, follow-through, and basic customer support has been extremely frustrating. I understand policies exist, but the complete absence of communication is unacceptable—especially during the holiday season.
I expected better service and timely support. Sadly, this experience has caused me to never recommend or shop here again!!

Returns too difficult

They send the product after a wait, but if you want to return something, forget it. It's EXTREMELY difficult to do. On purpose. They do not want to let people return, only buy. I have 3 teenage girls who would ask me for these clothes all the time but I have a new rule: "No Revice. Forget it, don't ask."

Jeans never came, now ghosted

I ordered jeans for my niece for Christmas on December 8th, the site said it was expected to ship within the week. It is now December 29th, and the jeans have still not shipped. I emailed to ask where they were, and Revice responded that it was a “pre-order” item that’s then made to order (which was NOT listed at the time of order) and could be another 4.5 WEEKS before shipping. I went to the site to make sure I hadn’t missed something- chose the exact same jeans, colt, & size- and again, it said the expected shipping was a week away. There was NO notation of “pre-order” or an extended time to ship due to being made to order. I sent screen shots back to the company showing this, and now have gotten zero response. My sister had the exact same experience with her order, and my niece got none of the jeans she wanted for Christmas.
DO NOT order from Revice!

Do not buy

Do not buy. They do not stand behind their products. They are cheap. We ordered 4 pair for my teen and although the same size - they all have completely different fits - they have cheap manufacturing. They also shut down their customer service page as they get so many complaints. They have a 30 day return policy. My daughters $300 in jeans don’t fit and I cannot return as I bought them early for Christmas. What company wouldn’t want to stand by the customer to exchange if anything? A company who knows they sell cheap and inconsistent products.

One of the most horrible services I’ve ever experienced. It said it would be shipped in a couple days, it’s been almost two months and it still hasn’t even been shipped out. I tried contacting them multiple times, and when I finally got a reply they just copy and paste what’s already written on the website. I received no help and my questions were never answered. After that horrible reply I contacted them another 3 times and never heard from them or my order since. I will never purchase from this website ever again. Let alone, this sh** is expensive. They just take the money and that’s it. You can’t do anything about it anymore.

It takes months to get a pair of almost…

It takes months to get a pair of almost $80 jeans. It never said that the jeans were preordered, also i’m a fairly slim girl and the jeans don’t really fit how they’re shown (the pair i received). It’s been almost 2 months and I still don’t have the other jeans. They claim they’re “homemade” but there’s no reason it should take THIS long with high demand, they should take the jeans off their site or put them as unavailable if they’re over loaded already with work. It’s just big and greedy.

Misleading

On December 2, 2025, I ordered a pair of pants from Revice for my daughter’s Christmas gift. Their website indicated that the jeans were in stock and would ship on December 12. After December 12 passed, I followed up to check on the status of my order. I was then informed that the item was actually a preorder and would not ship for 1–4 weeks.

I contacted Revice to request a refund, as the purchase was intended for Christmas and would not arrive on time, and because incorrect information was provided at the time of ordering. They did not respond to my emails. Additionally, they have one of the worst return policies I’ve encountered with an online retailer. I will never order from them again.

bro, the pants are amazing, like good quality, but they are overpriced, but honestly it's not that big of a deal because at least you're paying for a good pair of pants but holy - MONTHS to be delivered? I ordered some pants to wear for Christmas, ending November, christmas is in 3 days and my pants haven't even been shipped, its just insane!
