I have been waiting for a package that…
I have been waiting for a package that shipped over a month ago. When I reached out they said to give it until the end of the week. I have sent three emails since with no response. This is after I had to pay shipping for a returned product which took forever to get refunded. My refund was store credit on the package this is out there in limbo somewhere. Horrible customer service.

If I could give this website zero stars I would, I have ordered from them on 3 separate occasions through my sisters and my moms account and each time the timing has been absolute SHIT.
This company is an absolute embarrassment. I placed an order in November, and here we are in April. no item, no updates, no communication, nothing. At this point, it genuinely feels like I handed my money to a black hole.
It’s honestly impressive how a business can fail at the most basic function of existing: sending what people paid for or at the very least communicating like a legitimate company. Five months of silence isn’t just bad service it’s pure incompetence. If ignoring customers were a sport, this company would be world champions. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money literally anywhere else, because this place clearly has no idea what it’s doing.

Absolutely terrible
I’ve had nothing but problems with Revice. I used to love them and when the order is actually correct, the quality is good most of the time. But they take 6 months to ship even when it says 3-6 DAYS, have terrible customer service, and now the most recent pair of jeans I got look and feel cheap , and look nothing like the website photo. I wanted to support this company, but they’re actually terrible and a major headache to deal with

I would put 0 stars if I could! An outfit from the winter collection that dropped in November 2024. I placed an order december 6th 2024 and i’ve only received the bottoms of the set which i got february 27th 2025, I’m still waiting for the top and its april 24th 2025. I will never buy from here again, i disputed with my bank. I talked to revice customer service at least 10 times and they’re not helpful at all and don’t always reply! Finally got my whole order on may 1st after 5 1/2 months of waiting. I won’t be ordering from them again. The quality of the shirt material was horrible, still never wore outfit.

I am beyond frustrated with Revice Jeans. I have been waiting nearly SIX MONTHS for my order (#677169). After such an extreme delay, which they blamed on customs and their carrier, they had the audacity to ask me to pay extra shipping fees to get the items I already paid for half a year ago.
When I demanded they ship it for free as a minimum level of service, they ignored my request and sent an automated email stating they issued "store credit" instead. To make matters worse:
1. They didn't even provide the store credit code or tell me where to find it.
2. There is currently a sale going on, and I am unable to use my credit (which I didn't want in the first place) to re-order my items before they sell out or the sale ends.
This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. They hold your money for months, fail to deliver, and then make it impossible to actually use the "refund" they force upon you.
Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to wait half a year for nothing.

I returned a wildly wrong sized pair of jeans. No free returns and no refunds (just store credit), but I knew that going in. It is very obviously part of their strategy to never issue store credit and make customer service so worthless you just give up. They use a chat bot for customer service and STILL make you wait 20 minutes for a useless response.
Very poor communication and experience
Very poor communication. Took 2+ months to deliver order, plus another two weeks with my local carrier because they did not communicate they had dropped it off there or where the location was. Would not recommend buying from this company.

I’ve been waiting for four months now for a pair of jeans that they already charged my car for and they refused to either ship the jeans that were canceled the order every time I try and email about this their story changes or it’ll be another 1 to 3 weeks.

This company is the drizzling sh*ts. They used to be great about 8 years ago and then I don't what happened but they took a massive swan dive into a pit of incompetence.
First, their sizing is all off. Bought a pair of 29s years ago and they fit great. Ordered a pair of 29s in a different style recently and i couldn't even get them on.
The return is where it gets awful. I sent back the jeans, knowing I would only get a store credit as I am international. Cost me $40 to send back that i wouldn't be reimbursed for.
Sent them back, tracked the journey and they were signed for/received by the company 8 days later.
I contacted them asking for a timeframe on return processing and they said 7-10 business days. So i waited.
After 14days with no store credit, I contacted them again. No response. I waited 20+ business days, contacted them 3 more times and heard NOTHING.
Eventually I called me bank asking them to initiate a charge back for the jeans and the shipping.
MIRACULOUSLY, only after that did they process my return and give me my store credit. I barely even wanted it at this point but I will be damned if they take my money and I get nothing for it.
So I reordered another pair of jeans and now I am still waiting after a week for them to ship the damn things. So my hopes are not high. I'll probably end up with another charge back.
This place is a total scam, awful and a complete joke.

Don't waste your time w online orders
Ordered jeans on January 20th. It's April 2nd and they are nowhere to be seen, when I try to track them on the website and the Shop app I am notified that they haven't even shipped yet. They keep changing the ship by date on the website. At this snails pace it's unlikely I will even fit these jeans anymore by the time they get here.

I ordered two pairs of jeans in the first week of jan. It was not mentioned as preorder but once order was placed and delivery was delayed, they responded that it was pre-order items and it would take 3-4 weeks for delivery. I got the first pair after 6 weeks from order and the second was not delivered even after 3 months, despite repeated follow up. I then asked them to cancel the order. They agreed to do it and process a fulll refund on March 12th. When I did not get the refund after two weeks, I followed up again and they responded on March 28th, that they can only do a store credit! It is like holding me hostage for their inefficiency! This is a big scam

I ordered a pair of jeans back in December, excited to finally try Revice after seeing them everywhere. January rolls around and I get a shipping notification — great, right? Wrong. It is now end of March and my order has NEVER arrived. No jeans. No explanation. Nothing.
I've reached out to customer service multiple times and have been met with complete silence. Not a single response. No email, no DM, nothing. I've essentially handed over my money and received absolutely nothing in return — not even the basic courtesy of a reply.
At this point I don't know if this is a fulfilment issue, a lost package that nobody cares to investigate, or just a company that takes your money and ghosts you. Whatever it is, it is completely unacceptable. For a brand that charges premium prices and markets itself as a customer-first label, this experience has been nothing short of a scam.
Save your money. Save yourself the stress. There are plenty of denim brands out there who will actually send you what you paid for AND respond when something goes wrong. Revice is not one of them. Zero stars — would not recommend to my worst enemy.
Gosh what an awful company
Gosh what an awful company. I ordered a top in a size S back in February (I’m a uk size 4 for reference) and the S was made for a child. I dread to think what a XXS is. Not only that, I went through their extremely long process of trying to exchange. I then had to upload my tracking number to them which I did and to this day I haven’t heard a thing back. It cost me nearly more than the top to send it back, so that’s just added insult to injury.
Great quality
We placed an order - it was delivered after c.a 4 days to Irvine, than shipped to Poland (14 days) and finally they arrived!!! Quality is awesome , daughter is sooo happy :) it felt like a gamble after reading the reviews (after the payment) but it was worth it!
Worst online shopping experience of my life.
I ordered these jeans (Victoria jean size 25) they took three months to ship and when they arrived they looked a completely different shade of blue than online they were about five inches too long (for reference I am 5’4) and they came two sizes too big. Customer service literally ignores you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt I needed to warn others. Their website promises 1–2 day shipping, yet my order ended up on backorder and I was told it would take two weeks. No clear communication, no apologies—just frustration.
On top of that, customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive. I expected a simple, reliable purchase, but instead got misinformation, delays, and a complete lack of accountability. Honestly, it’s been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
If you value your time and money, stay far away from Revive Denim. They clearly don’t honor their promises and don’t care about customer experience.

I’ve ordered from this brand a total of 2 times and every single time my order takes at least 4 months to be shipped. I recently ordered a pair of jeans because they gave me store credit from the last order because they took half a year to ship them out to me & they shipped me the wrong color of a pair of jeans. I knew it would take forever to ship but I did not expect them to take over half a year to ship my order. Keep in mind they do not accept refunds only store credit. I placed an order for jeans that were $90 in October, it’s now almost march. I’ve reached out to their customer service email & live chat multiple times. They claim the jeans I ordered were a pre order item even though their website never stated that when I placed my order. They refuse to give me any updates on the status of my order, no tracking information, & keep deleting my comments on their instagram. Probably because it makes them look like a bad company which they absolutely are. They pay influcers to review their items but they don’t prioritize their customers who keep their business alive. It’s absolutely unacceptable & I’m warning everyone to never buy from this brand. There are so many other brand who are more affordable, better quality, & actually respond to the emails you send them.

Writing this as I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from @Revice. I placed an order on the 1st of march that said 1-2 shipping days. It is now the 25th of March I have been told it 1. Needs to be made 2. Now there is a delay in the raw materials 3. Processed a refund 4. Retracted that processed 5. Make a fake shipping label but have not giving a package to the courier 6. Have sent 4 follow up emails and no response - please do you research before ordering, look at trust pilot , look at the other videos on tik tok - it is completely unfair on customers. I have never ever left a bad review for a company but this is insane I am so disappointed as the order was $130 and have nothing to show for it
