I genuinely cannot believe I am writing this.
I purchased a phone from Revibe in March and reported issues with it within 24 hours of receiving it.
Since then, I have spent months dealing with claims, cancelled claims, DHL investigations, return shipments, warranty disputes, repairs, follow-ups, and countless emails. At every stage, I followed the instructions given to me and did everything I was asked to do.
At one point, Revibe claimed they did not receive the device and that I should contact DHL, that they didnt "log it in". I contacted DHL myself and was informed that the device had already been delivered and was sitting in a warehouse in Dubai. DHL even provided me with confirmation, photographs, and details of the Revibe representative who had signed for and collected the device.
Think about that for a second.
I was being told that the device did not have it while DHL was showing me proof that it had already been returned and accepted.
I then had to go back to Revibe and continue chasing a resolution for a device that was already sitting with them.
Months passed.
My refund was refused multiple times despite the fact that I reported the issue within 24 hours of receiving the device. I was told to wait for the repair, wait for the return, wait for updates, wait for management reviews, wait for compensation discussions, and wait for the device to come back.
Eventually, after almost six months of this, the phone was returned to me.
At that point, I had already lost trust in the device.
I was willing to overlook the overheating issue because, quite frankly, I was exhausted.
Then it got worse.
Within two days of receiving the device back, I noticed a serious issue. The back of the phone had separated and burst open. I was informed that the battery had swollen and that the device should not be used.
Two days.
After months of waiting, months of arguments, months of being told the device would be repaired, compensation and consideration and with follow-ups regarding the device but no nothing,and I was now sitting with a device that presented a safety concern.
And Revibe's response?
To tell me that the damage was my responsibility and that the warranty was now void.
Not to investigate why the back cover separated.
Not to investigate whether the swollen battery caused the damage.
Not to take accountability for returning a device in this condition.
Just to tell me that it was now my problem.
I honestly do not know what more I could have done as a customer.
I reported the issue immediately.
I followed every instruction.
I returned the device through their process.
I waited months.
I gave them opportunity after opportunity to resolve this properly.
And this is where I ended up.
If this is how a customer is treated after purchasing a device from their store and not being met with one but issues on multiple occasions, then people deserve to know before spending their money here.
At this point..., I have completely lost confidence in both the devices being sold and the way customer issues are handled.
This goes beyond a warning.
Buy at your own risk.

Your response does not address the issue I have raised.
I understand your explanation regarding the different airway bill, but that does not change what actually happened.
The device was still in Revibe's possession for months while I was repeatedly told it could not be located. During that time, I was the one contacting DHL, obtaining proof of delivery, and providing confirmation that the device had already been received by Revibe.
More importantly, this response completely ignores everything that happened after the device was returned to me.
After almost seven months, I was sent back a device that developed another serious issue within days. I have now been advised that the battery has swollen and that the device should not be used, yet instead of taking responsibility or investigating how a repaired device was returned to me in that condition, I was simply told that the warranty is void because the back cover has separated.
Your Customer Experience Team also informed me that once I had received and used the repaired device, Revibe would contact me to discuss reasonable compensation for the months of delays and inconvenience. That commitment has also been ignored.
At this stage, I am struggling to see where Revibe has taken accountability for anything beyond apologising.
An apology does not change the fact that I reported the fault within 24 hours of receiving the phone, spent almost seven months trying to resolve it, and have now been left with another unusable device.

Its fake item website . I return 1 iPad on 17May 2026 date(Same date 17 may I received the order)and the rejected the claim and today is June 23 2026 and still not return back .I have sent email and call helpline but issue is pending.so every one should not purchase anything . now i want my money back urgent

I would just like too know why it is that my daughter needs to pay R1740 for the camera? She was advised that she let the phone fall however this is not the case. The reviews read about REVIBE has been awful, however I do not want to go after what is read.
Is the phone not under warranty?
Why do she have to pay for damages that wasn't caused by her?
Another thing she has paid alot for this phone and she saved for a very long time to get by and buy this phone, I do not think it's fair.
Me her mother is unemployed and father does not support, where must we get this kind of money if this has been savings for over a year she paid hard cash for this phone.
I would like you guys to assist and resolve this issue if possible as I will take this further in every way possible.

I ordered an Xr,on the 9nth of june,o got an email that my order will be deliverd kn the 17nth i waited and waited no order was delivered then i called and asked why??they told me bacause they cancelled the order.i should expect a refund even today ik still waiting for my refubd i am not refunded.i regret my choice of decidng to order from revibe.

I would like to clarify that I submitted the claim on the same day I received the device, not several days later. I reported the cosmetic issues immediately upon delivery because they were already present when I opened the package.

My experience with Revibe has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had, and I do not recommend buying from them.
I purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max (1TB) listed as "Excellent" condition. However, the device arrived with a noticeable tint on the frame and many scratches that were completely inconsistent with the advertised condition.
I returned the phone, and it took more than 20 days to receive my refund.
Despite that, I decided to give Revibe another chance and ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max (1TB). It took 22 days to arrive, and when it finally did, it had the same problems—a tint on the frame and numerous scratches. I had no choice but to return it as well.
It has now been more than 14 days since the returned device was delivered back to Revibe, and they have completely ignored my emails. Every time I call customer service, I hear the same response: "We will speed up the process." Nothing actually happens.
Revibe has shown a complete lack of transparency and extremely poor customer service. Based on my experience, I strongly advise everyone to avoid buying from them.
I also urge the Saudi Ministry of Commerce to review how Revibe is selling products in Saudi Arabia through Tabby installments and verify that the company complies with all applicable legal and commercial registration requirements, as I could not find a Saudi commercial registration for their business.
I will never buy from Revibe again, and I strongly recommend that others stay away from this company.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the device and the service thereafter. Have bought 2 IPhones and both devices are faulty in a span of 3 months . After raising a claim for one of them , I was forced to accept that the fault is ours, when nothing happenned from my end and ultimately I had to pay to repair the device. They take 15 plus days to repair only to send back the phone with the same issue. Completely false statement of 12 months warranty.the process to raise a claim is so hard with pathetic customer experience. I would not recommend anybody to buy as the after sales experience is a nightmare!!!!! Repeatedly reached out via phone and email to speak to somebody senior in the organization with zero response, the customer service agent is not empowered to do anything.. only take requests with no solutions handy.

I returned my device and Revibe is supposed to approve my 1,354 AED refund by monday I have a critical personal commitment this weekend and cannot afford standard banking delays. I need senior management to step in, manually change my status to APPROVED right now, and provide the 23-digit ARN tracking number today. .
