Do not use Evri as a delivery service! They always fail to deliver as they cannot be bothered to come out to our remote property! My parcel is probably in a field somewhere!

I’d have given it a five except for the fact it’s taking longer to work. I think is because my first lot tasted disgusting so I think it wasn’t quite right. The second lot taste completely different and appears to be working.

Makes a difference and delivery is usually very quick and well packed.

Bovine collagen Lime and Strawberry formula
I'm very disappointed with the formula I get you habe to change flavours altho strawberry delight was best one and formulation but now I'm not liking the sticky consistency with lime and strawberry one it's very hard to dilute as well in water

Very poor service
Well what to say , unhappy does not cut it . After nearly a year of fair satisfaction they have changed the flavour . It is not tolerable. I complained thinking I might get an explanation or maybe an apology. Instead was told by an automated email to send my unopened bottle back . Now if it were unopened I would not have been able to taste it . Very poor service indeed
