Warning subscribe you automatically cost £44 a month

Doesn't send you any information or links to your account once you open the app you automatically are subscribed. Sending bill of £44 a month. Really hard to get into your account which is impossible on the app. Go to the website and it sends you into a circle spiral. I had to find a way and took me hours. Not happy lost £44 ! Its not brilliant app either. Used it once I think. If I knew it subscribed you automatically after your free 3 months without warning I definitely would not of opened it.
I have since had a response to an email letting Reverse Health know I formally request a refund under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers (DMCC) Act 2024. That they will refund my account . Obviously this always takes 5 working days and cant comment on this yet. I have not had confirmation that all my details have been removed from thier systems. Also as you can read a response to my trust pilot review. wonder if they will respond to all the reviews aboit them on here too.

I just started this app

I just started this app, and had a little discrepancy with my profile. I got a hold of Christy, a human customer service rep, and she straightened it out right away. She was very helpful. I told her I was excited and daunted by the food prep because of my demanding schedule. She was very encouraging and I am even more excited to get started with this program. I’ve been putting it off for way too long and by the way, this particular military calisthenics app is the highest ranked of all. I looked it up with consumer reports all the pros and cons beat the others by a longshot.

Refund provided after post: Buyer beware!!

Thank you for providing me with a full refund. I think it's sad that I had to post a negative review to get a refund when I had reached out to custimer service first!I hope moving forward, this will not happen to someone else!
Original post: Buyer beware! I purchased the 14 day trial and after 3 workouts, this wasn't for me. Buyer beware! I contacted the company and they did not give me a refund! Buyer beware! When a company offers a trial and they don't refund when it doesn't meet your needs, IT'S A HUGE RED FLAG AND SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT THEIR COMPANY!!! BUYER BEWARE! I TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE COMPANIES, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! BUYER BEWARE!

Didn't realise I had got caught up in a…

Didn't realise I had got caught up in a subscription. Was deducted £44.99 without realising. Month later tried to take out again. Thankfully I didn't have the funds. Emailed these people. Had a very quick reply. All sorted and a refund on its way. Subscription cancelled. Thank you for sorting it out

They had to have their $40

I asked if they could refund my last recurring charge... I didnt ask if they could refund back all of it just the last charge. I am pinching pennies and expressed that with them. Yet they didnt want to give me my laat month back. I asked nicely and tried to express my financial position but they wanted their $40.
