I love Reverb I have bought multiple guitars and pedals and 1 Roland Synth over the years. I use to yes Musician’s Friend or Sweetwater mostly and now I turn to Reverb 1st.. I have never had a problem with a seller and anything I bought always was what was listed. Thank you Reverb.. Now send me a T-shirt, I think I’ve earned it😂😂

Reverb is amazing, just need more powerful tools for searching, tracking, reminding. I use AI for what I need, but would be nice for an integrated system.

Second time selling on reverb. Been over a week with my earnings still pending. They have took their £160 cut instantly. The buyer has their guitar and I am the only one left with nothing. Everytime I make contact to address the issue, the reverb staff end the conversation before I have even said my piece. Very frustrating as a seller, especially when reverb take such a big cut of the sale for doing basically nothing. When they do need to step up to earn their money they are in zero rush and don’t care to get the issue resolved.

My first time using Reverb and it was an excellent experience. I will certainly look forward to purchasing more through Reverb.

Reverb has always been great. What sets it apart? The community is musicians and vendors who sell to musicians, not drop-shippers or flippers. My reputation matters on Reverb, and yes that’s a little more work, but it pays off.
In the last year I have noticed improvements making it easier to sell and get started selling.

In the sellers image there was both a beautiful mouthpiece with a ligature, when I received my order the ligature was broken. It was definitely not shipping damage since the packaging was unscathed. It would have been nice if the seller disclosed that it was broken or better yet not included the broken ligature in the order. It would have saved me time since now I have to order one separately.

Many sellers to choose from, many of them reputable music stores. You can find some good deals.

Have to say, this review is just as much for the Reverb community as it is for Reverb itself. I've had a good number of transactions and most have gone extremely well. The ones that didn't were handled quickly, comprehensively and I was still very satisfied. Regardless, five stars for all. When you can trust an international group of sellers and buyers over a Facebook Marketplace or OfferUp you KNOW Reverb is doing it right.

They wanted my tax information after the sale...I told them I'm 72 years old on Social Security and don't make enough to have to file taxes. They told me to consult a tax professional...to much runaround....I canceled the sale and cancelled my reverb account...

A great Item at a great price, I could not have obtained it anywhere else other than Reverb and the ordering process couldn't have been easier.

So far, very happy with Reverb. Products purchased have been for the most part perfect. Shipping and communication is very good. I had one issue with some banjo picks being too small, Reverb refunded my money right off the bat. No complaints here, what so ever.

Reverb is a great place to find the musical instrument, parts or miscellaneous items you're looking for. Always many options to choose from. My go to place for a great deal !!!

Reverb is a great place to buy and sell gear and THE place for used gear. Their site is well-organized and good looking. The only time I've sold with them (so far) was easy, drama-free, and my instrument sold lightning fast.

I bought a guitar brand FGN model like a Fender Stratocaster, extremely well build, one of the best guitars I ever bought, about half the price for an original Fender Stratocaster, I think there are even better than a Fender. Delivery went fast and the guitar was good packed, there was a gigbag with it also very good. I would give them 10 stars if that would be possible.
