Used to be good.

Used this website about a year ago and really enjoyed using it. I dont mind ads to keep the page running but now they are so obstructing to the point you need to click away ads while the game is still running but the keys wont work. Retro games are well known to be unforgiving and it makes it all the worse having ads causing you to die every so often. I do use the save state feature but the ad pop ups are so random you dont know when you need to use it. Please change the ads to running above the screen or something instead!

Network Error

I tried playing games but I hit the 'start' button, it just says Network Error. I have to keep refreshing the page again and again and it's no guarantee the game will load. I have an upgraded Chromebook, so I know my PC isn't the issue.

Awesome System, except for 1 joystick issue

It's awesome to get to play play the games I've played growing up, as well as those that are old, but new to me. I play using the Logitech F310 joystick, which is where the only issue I could find lies, leading me to give RetroGames 3 out of 5 stars. For some reason, their system will not allow me to use the "right" button on the joystick; I have to choose another button, so that makes it difficult to play some games, such as Super Mario Bros, Zelda 2, etc., while rpg games, such as Final Fantasy, Dragon Warrior are not a major issue. Maybe another joystick is more compatible, or this is just a fix that simply needs to be addressed by RetroGames. Still a very cool setup and free to use. If they can fix this bug, I will gladly rate them a 5.

retrogames.cc is amazing

retrogames.cc is amazing. ALL the nostalgia. I remeber waiting for the school bus, and playing arcades. Forgotten Worlds, Strider, Wrestle Fest, etc. Trully the best time of my life.

One of the best websites for all your arcade and Anastasia games.
p.s. 80's and early 90's rocked.
