Love the range of games and the console size. The menu system is super clinching and not that user friendly. Things like the favourites function don’t work so it takes a while to find the games you need. Also the controller is really slow and unresponsive for some of the games (pac man). Also the instruction booklet says there are platforms that I don’t have. That said I bought it as a gift and the recipient was very happy. I don’t think he knew quite how much it cost though.

It’s a great piece of kit, works well and all my old favourites present, Betrayal at Krondor was a nice surprise!!

AMAZING!!! Questioned if the top level bundle was worth the price and it totally is. Showed the kids what proper old-school gaming is all about and they love it (a little too much because now we have to share it). Brilliant console, quality accessories and great service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

IT SEEMS A EASY QUESTION BUT SEEMS VERY HARD FOR YOU TO ANSWER . I HAVE A ODROID64 IT IS A VERY GOOD CONSOLE BUT ABSOLUTE RUBBISH IF YOU CAN NOT BRING YOURSELF TO ANSWER A SIMPLE QUESTION. Very friendly service and professional. The console was excellent and full of all sorts of retro games. The only reason I have given 4 stars and not 5 is I feel the console could be a lot more user friendly and I came across a few issues which I personally couldn't overlook. That being said retrocade were very helpful and patient providing assistance when needed.

Ordered the odroid64 on 18/10/20, console arrived super fast 21/10/20!! Had 4days playing experience so far and its been absolutely fantastic. There are minor glitches here and there but nothing to complain about. If you have grown up with all the original retro consoles I would definitely recommend getting! It’s easy to use and you soon get use to the hot key functions for saving, loading and resetting games etc.. It’s my Best Buy in 2020 by far!!

I must admit I was very cautious about ordering any consoles online as I’d received mixed reviews about multiple suppliers. I’d done my research on Odroid and Retrocade.co.uk and so I ordered an Odroid 64 from them. I’m so pleased to say that it’s a fantastic bit of kit, and totally worth the cost. Retrocade’s customer service has been great after purchase too, so I would absolutely recommend to anyone. I’m a big fan of 80s/90s DOS games in particular and I’ve enjoyed getting the old keyboard and mouse out for a nostalgic fix. Great work guys.

When I first set up the machine I did have a few problems with it. But to be fair they handled it so well that I'm still happy to give five stars. I know that with products like this there is always the chance something may not work as it should but at least you know you can rely on excellent customer service to put it right. The machine itself is great fun. If you are into retro gaming my advice is simple, buy one!

I can't fault this product I was born in 1980 so this brought back so many childhood memories of playing the super Nintendo megadrive there's so many games and different systems to play it worth every penny of the £270 I spent

I used Retrocade to buy my Odroid because there were so many good reviews about customer care and after sales service (which i thought i would need as I'm not very techy) buying the Odroid and communicating with Retrocade at point of sale was easy, but since it was delivered I've been chasing retrocade for maybe a month now, and I've had one not at all helpful reply to about half a dozen e mails including contacting them directly on their own F A Q and information site that they set up for you when you make a purchase, and all with seemingly no end in sight. Although my Odroid works (it is brilliant by the way) i have lots of issues understanding how to save/delete games etc as it doesn't have proper instructions on how to use it properly, so as much as i love it, I'm also hating it too. I'm not able to access all the great features Retrocade say the Odroid is capable of, plus i actually managed to permanently delete one of my favourite games by accident as the in screen menus mean literally nothing to me without instructions, i think it is quite hard to get to grips with unless you're very good with tech. Shame on you retrocade, with just a little extra effort with the instruction book (its completely pointless and unhelpful) some kind of after sales help and maybe a contact phone number (just imagine, people actually talking to each other instead of only using e mail) the Odroid could be soooo much better.

This machine is amazing! Over 60,000 games in one. If games you want are missing, they’ll add them. Great service, came very quickly and presented really well all boxed up. I’m playing on stuff I haven’t seen in over 20 years! Some of the games on the later consoles like the N64, Saturn and Dreamcast aren’t perfect but remember this is an emulator. If you want perfection, buy the original consoles. Having said that, everything I’ve played up to now has been great. Can’t recommend enough!

Ordered via pay pal, had a little trouble with my pay pal so got in touch with the company to check order had gone through. They were very responsive, quick and personalised replies, helpful.

I sorted my pay pal issue with pay pal then bought a console, again email communication was excellent.

Console arrived quickly.

The set up was easy, we have really enjoyed playing games.

The handheld is fantastic and has an incredible amount of games and systems. The customer service is outstanding as well so I would highly recommend purchasing one of these
